• Earned MSU Denver its second soccer national championship in a three-year span after going 24-2-0 overall, including a perfect 12-0 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference
• Led by national player of the year Kylee Hanavan, the Roadrunners opened the season with 12 consecutive wins and won all five NCAA tournament games, beating four top-10 teams during the championship run
• After a 2-1 overtime victory over No. 2 West Chester in the semifinals, the Roadrunners edged No. 8 Grand Valley State 1-0 in overtime in the national championship
• Kira Sharp scored the game-winning goals in both of those games, winning the national championship on a direct kick in the 94th minute
• Team had four All-Americans, including Hanavan, Sharp, Rachel Zollner and Nicole Cito.
