•    At the time of induction, Edwards ranked second in triples (11), third in batting average (.419), fifth in doubles (48), stolen bases (62), and hits (213), and sixth in runs scored (152).
•    At the time of his induction, he held the single-season record for hits with 94 in 2002.
•    Led Metro State to the 2002 RMAC tournament championships
•    Was drafted by San Diego Padres in 2003 and batted .259 with 11 stolen bases in 49 games during his only season in the Padres organization
•    Graduated from Metro State in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing
