Scott Grode capped his career in 2011 as the Daktronics Region Player of the Year and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Player of the Year, and also earned All-America second team honors from both NSCAA and Daktronics. He was also on the Daktronics All-Region second team in both 2009 and 2010 and made the All-RMAC first team in 2011, second team in 2010 and third team in 2009, when he was also a member of the RMAC All-Tournament Team. When inducted, he was fourth in program history with 90 career points, fifth with 37 career goals, and tied for fourth with 10 career game-winning goals. He played for teams that were a combined 59-27-9, including 34-15-7 in regular-season RMAC play. He played on NCAA Tournament teams in 2008 and 2011, and led the 2011 team with 17 goals and 39 points.
