Metro State's women's basketball team will host Regis University at 5 p.m. for its annual Homecoming game.

RECENT NOTES
•   Metro State is 8-2 over its past 10 games, allowing 55.7 points per game and a .369 field goal percentage with a +3.1 rebounding margin and +3.2 turnover margin in those games.
•   Metro State is 4-8 in games decided by 10 points or less, but has won its past three.
•   Metro State's current five-game winning streak is its longest of the season, averaging 64.4 points and allowing 55.0 during the streak.
•   The Roadrunners defense was spectacular in first three-game winning streak Jan. 10-18, allowing just 46.0 points and a .278 field goal percentage with a +11.7 rebounding margin.

Kya DeGarmo (Albuquerque, N.M./Eldorado H.S.) was named RMAC defensive player of the week on Feb. 10 after averaging 3.0 steals in road wins at Colorado Mines and Colorado Christian.
•   DeGarmo is averaging 10.3 points, 3.7 assists and 3.7 rebounds, while shooting 13-of-28 (.464) from 3-point range over the past six games.
•   DeGarmo scored a career-high 22 points and hit 5-of-6 3-pointers in an 81-68 win at Colorado Christian on Feb. 8.
•   Freshman
Jenae Paine (Oregon City, Ore./Oregon City H.S.) broke out Dec. 20-21, averaging 12.5 points and hitting 5-of-9 (.556) 3-point field goals off the bench.
•   Paine helped MSU rally from a 14-point deficit with 12 minutes left on Dec. 21 at Chadron State in a 67-60 win.
•   Paine is averaging 7.8 points and shooting 44.8 percent over the past 14 games and made her first career start on Jan. 4 at Western New Mexico.
•   Paine scored a season-high 20 points off the bench in a 72-55 win over Colorado Christian on Jan. 10, hitting 4-of-4 from 3-point range.

Kaysha Fox (Tacoma, Wash./Woodrow Wilson H.S.) had four steals and four points in her first career start at CSC.
•   Fox has made 6-of-12 (.500) 3-point field goals over the past six games

Elena Velasquez (Albuquerque, N.M./Sandia H.S.) scored a career-high 17 points on 6-of-8 shooting on Dec. 13 in a win over UC-Colorado Springs.
•   Velasquez returned from an injury on Jan. 24 after missing nine games and has averaged 6.2 points and 4.2 rebounds in six games since returning, including 10.0 points over the past two games.

Tai Jensen (Troy, Idaho/Troy H.S.) tallied career highs of 24 points and 11 rebounds in her first career start on Dec. 14 against CSU-Pueblo.

Amy Nelson (Richmond, Utah/Sky View H.S.) broke out of a shooting slump on Jan. 11 against Colorado Mines, shooting 8-of-10 and scoring 17 points.

Fawn Brady (Grand Junction, Colo./Grand Junction H.S.) and
Deni Jacobs (Plains, Kan./Southwestern Heights H.S.) both had career nights on Jan. 17 at Adams State as Brady had game highs of 22 points and 11 rebounds (both career highs) and shot 8-of-12 and Jacobs had a career-high 17 points on 8-of-9 shooting.
•   Jacobs set a new career high with 22 points on 8-of-14 shooting in an 83-62 win over Chadron State on Jan. 31.
•   Jacobs is averaging 8.1 points and 4.6 rebounds over the past eight games, shooting 49.1 percnet from the floor and 8-of-9 (.889) at the line.
•   Brady is averaging 7.6 points and shooting 50.0 percent from the floor and 14-of-17 (.824) at the line of the past eight games.
•   Metro State snapped a five-game road losing streak with a 67-60 win at Chadron State on Dec. 21, the longest road losing streak since 2003-04.

Cassie Lambrecht (Colorado Springs/Golden H.S.) was named RMAC offensive player of the week on Nov. 25 after the season's first two games.
•   Lambrecht averaged 18.0 points and shot 47.6 percent from the floor, 45.5 percent from 3-point range and 91.7 percent at the free throw line.
EXHIBITION GAMES
•   Metro State went 2-0 in exhibition games this season.

Amy Nelson (Richmond, Utah/Sky View H.S.) was the leading scorer for the Roadrunners, averaging 12.0 points and 5.5 rebounds.
•  Â
Elena Velasquez (Albuquerque, N.M./Sandia H.S.) averaged 11.5 points off the bench.
•  Â
Fawn Brady (Grand Junction, Colo./Grand Junction H.S.) averaged 9.0 points and 4.0 rebounds.
•   The Roadrunners forced an average of 22.0 turnovers.
DOMINATING THE CLASSROOM
• Metro State had a 3.40 team GPA during the fall semester in 2013.
•   In addition, seven of the team's 11 players were named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher for the semester):
