Denver- The Metropolitan State University of Denver men's basketball team will host its first home games of the 2017-18 season. The Roadrunners will host Northwest Nazarene and North Georgia at the Auraria Events Center.
The first game is scheduled for Friday, November 24 against Northwest Nazarene at 7 p.m. The Roadrunners will take on North Georgia on Saturday at 7 p.m.
MSU Denver looks to bounce back after a tough weekend on the road falling to No. 1 Northwest Missouri State 69-58 and Upper Iowa 68-64. The Roadrunners are now 0-4 on the season.
Northwest Nazarene split its games last weekend, defeating Academy of Art 84-76 and then falling to San Francisco State the next game 92-75. The Crusaders are 3-1 overall this season.
North Georgia fell to Belmont Abbey College last week in overtime 89-87. The Nighthawks are 1-2 to start the season.
