DENVER – With the Metropolitan State University of Denver volleyball team earning a berth to its 19
th consecutive NCAA Division II tournament, the Tivoli Taphouse has planned a watch party for the Roadrunners' 6:30 p.m. MST matchup with Colorado School of Mines on Thursday.
The watch party will follow the MSU Denver Alumni Association's monthly Mug Club social, which will take place at the Tivoli Taphouse from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday.
The general public is welcome to attend the watch party as the Roadrunners (21-9), who are seeded fifth in the South Central Region, take on the fifth-seed Orediggers (23-5). MSU Denver came back from a two-set deficit to defeat Colorado School of Mines in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament semifinals on Friday, winning the final three sets in an epic comeback.
Thursday's match will take place in Stephenville, Texas, the home of top seed Tarleton State University.
