COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Sam Berg (Longmont, Colo./Mountain View (Meridian, Idaho)) and
Sabrina Rautter (New Fairfield, Conn./New Fairfield), by virtue of their top-14 finishes at their respective conference meets, were officially named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's men's and women's cross country all-conference teams on Wednesday.
Jacob Link (Lafayette, Colo./Centaurus) was named to the men's second-team All-RMAC, reserved for those finishing between 15
th and 28
th.
Rautter finished 13
th in the women's race, covering 6 kilometers in 22 minutes, 21.2 seconds.
Berg finished 14
th in the 8K men's race in 25:22.9. Link was 18
th in a personal record of 25:31.8.
Adams State swept the men's individual awards, with Sydney Gidabuday winning runner of the year and Isaiah Rodarte winning freshman of the year.
On the women's side, Adams State's Stephanie Cotter was freshman of the year while Western State's Alicja Konieczek was the runner of the year.
Adams State's Damon Martin was named the coach of the year.
