DENVER – The MSU Denver women's basketball team plays its first-round game in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament on Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Black Hills State.
The Roadrunners (15-13 overall) went 13-9 in league play to earn the tournament's No. 6 seed. Black Hills State (22-9) went 17-5 and is the No. 3 seed.
Tuesday winners advance to semifinals on Friday. The semifinals and final will be hosted by the highest remaining seed after Tuesday's first round.
MSU Denver and Black Hills State split their regular-season meetings, which each winning on the other's home floor. Black Hills State won at the Auraria Event Center in December, and MSU Denver returned the favor earlier this month in Spearfish, S.D.
