COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced the women's soccer preseason poll Thursday afternoon for the 13 teams set to play during the 2025 season.
The MSU Denver Roadrunners were projected to finish fourth out of those 13 teams, tallying 109 points towards their vote total.
Head coach Katie Hooker is at the helm for her first season as a Roadrunner and will look to take the program to their second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance. Under former head coach Kat Mertz, the Red and Blue had a successful 2024 season, going 10-4-7 overall while going 8-2-2 in conference play. They will open the season at home on September 4 against Western Washington University.
