DENVER – MSU Denver Roadrunner Athletics faces a full slate this week with volleyball, cross country, and men's and women's soccer teams all on the road in the coming days.
WOMEN'S SOCCER
- Friday, Sept. 26 – at Westminster University (Salt Lake City, UT) – 7 p.m. MT
- Sunday, Sept. 28 – at Colorado Mesa University (Grand Junction, CO) – 1 p.m. MT
MSU Denver will play back-to-back road matches against RMAC opponents, but they will not count as conference matches. The Roadrunners are looking to bounce back after two consecutive losses, as they still search for their first win of the young season.
VOLLEYBALL
- Friday, Sept. 26 – at Colorado Mesa University (Grand Junction, CO) – 6 p.m. MT
- Saturday, Sept. 27 – at Westminster University (Salt Lake City, UT) – 5 p.m. MT
Currently ranked No. 4 in the nation, MSU Denver will continue conference play this weekend with a pair of RMAC matches. Head coach Jenny Glenn and her squad have won their last four matches, and are eager to continue their hot streak.
MEN'S SOCCER
- Thursday, Sept. 25 – at Colorado School of Mines (Golden, CO) – 7 p.m. MT
- Sunday, Sept. 28 – at Colorado Christian University (Lakewood, CO) – 7 p.m. MT
The Roadrunners currently sit at a 1-2-3 record before their four consecutive matches away from home. They're coming off a hard fought draw against nationally ranked Cal State LA, and search for win number two on the campaign with Colorado School of Mines and Colorado Christian up next on the docket.
CROSS COUNTRY (Men's & Women's)
- Saturday, Sept. 27 – Ted Castanada Classic (Colorado Springs, CO)
The teams head back on the road for the third major meet of the fall. After hosting the Roadrunners Invitational in Denver on Sept. 20 (M: 3rd of 14, W: 5th of 13), both squads look to build momentum and test their depth at altitude.
