2019-20 Indoor: Did not compete.

2019 Cross Country: Ran 103rd at the Division II South Central Regional with a 6-kilometer time of 24 minutes, 41.4 seconds. ... Placed fifth among MSU Denver runners and 52nd overall at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 26 with a personal-best time of 22:47.8. ... Ran 31st at the Roadrunner Invitational on Oct. 5 with a time of 24:57.6.

2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished 17th in the 1,500 meters at the RMAC Championships with a time of 5 minutes, 10.81 seconds...Ran a personal-best of 18:57.27 in the 5,000 for sixth place at the Twilight Meet on April 18...Finished eighth in the 3,000 at the Colorado Invitational on April 5 with a time of 11:17.85...Finished 10th in the 1,500 (5:16.78) and 11th in the 800 (2:46.41) at the Spank Blasing on March 30.

2018-19 Indoor Track & Field: Ran with the 11th-place distance medley relay (13:59.25) at the RMAC Championships on Feb. 23...Ran a personal-best of 5:33.51 in the mile, placing seventh at the Mines Division II Invite & Multi. Also placed fifth in the 3,000 (11:17.02) at the Jan. 26-26 meet...Ran a personal-best time of 10:58.92 in the 3,000 to finish sixth at the CSC Open on Jan. 20.

2018 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran the 1,500 meters in 5 minutes, 16.95 seconds at the RMAC Championships...Placed 14th in the 5000, running a 20:19.42, at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 14...Placed 11th in the 3000 at the CU Invitational with an outdoor personal-best time of 11:08.33. Also narrowly missed a personal best in the 1500 with a time of 5:10.70...Ran the 800 in 2:24/14 and the 15000 in 5:16.57 at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasing Invite...Set a personal best in the 800 with a time of 2:33.82, finishing fifth, and was part of the second-place 4x400 relay at the Mines Nature’s Bakery Invite on March 24...Ran the 1500 in 5:27.00 at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird. 

2017-18 Indoor Track & Field: Did not compete.

2017 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2017 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran a personal-best time of 5:10.19 in the 1500 at the Colorado Invitational...Ran the 1500 in 5:18.52 at the CSU-Pueblo Open...Placed 10th in the 5000 (20:15.80) at the CMU Invite on March 25...Part of the third-place 4x400 relay (4:43.86) at the Jerry Quiller Classic, where she also ran the 1500 in 5:21.82.

2016-17 Indoor Track & Field: Ran a personal-best time of 19:47.65 for 16th place in the 5000 at the RMAC Indoor Championships...Ran the mile in 5:58.28 at the Colorado Open, good for 18th place...Placed seventh in the 3000 at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi with a time of 12:02.64.

2016 Cross Country: Did not compete.

High School: Legacy High School class of 2015...Competed in state cross country meet in 2013 and 2014, placing 136th and 156th, respectively, in Class 5A...Personal track & field bests of 2:41.33 in the 800 and 13:11.47 in the 3,200...Four-time letterwinner in track, three-year letter winner in cross country.
