Before Metro State: Attended the College of Southern Nevada ... coached by Tim Chambers ... batted .333 with eight runs scored and three RBIs in 30 at bats as a freshman in 2007 ... batted .138 with a home run, five runs scored and two RBIs as a sophomore in 2008.

High School: 2006 graduate of Bonanza High School.

Personal: Born Jan. 17, 1988 ... son of Rex and Kat Danneffel ... majoring in sport industyr operations with a minor in marketing at Metro State.
