2018: After making her first career appearance on Sept. 21 against Western Colorado, worked her way into regular playing time as MSU Denver alternated among three setters while deploying a 6-2 offense...In RMAC-only matches, ranked ninth in the league with 0.31 service aces per set...Second on the team with 5.58 assists per set, and third with 290 assists. Led team with .452 set percentage...In RMAC Tournament quarterfinal win against Regis on Nov. 6, recorded 20 assists and career-best 16 digs...Had 13 straight matches with double-digit assists...Set a career-best 27 assists in sweep of New Mexico Highlands on Oct. 12...Recorded career-high three service aces in a big win at Dixie State on Oct. 6...Made her first career start against South Dakota Mines on Sept. 28 and had 23 assists in a four-set match, then followed it up with 22 assists the following night in a sweep of Black Hills State.

2017: Redshirted.

High school: Earned second-team all-state recognition as a senior, and honorable mention as a junior...Two-time all-regional and all-district selection...Academic all-state as a senior...All-star selection as senior...Four-year letterwinner at Portage Central High School for Dawn Jacqua...Two-year letterwinner in golf.

Club team: Played for the FarOut Volleyball Club for Joe Steenhuysen and earned "galvanizing" and "tough" awards.

Personal: Born Mikaela Sue Kubiak on April 2, 1999...Daughter of Bob and Julie Kubiak.
