2014-15 Indoor Track: Helped the distance medley relay team finish fifth at the RMAC Championships with an NCAA qualifying time of 12:37.13 (12:06.35 converted) ... placed 10th at the RMAC Championships in the mile in 5:35.25 ... finished 20th at the RMAC Championships in the 3k in 11:36.57 ... ran a season-best 800m in 2:25.20 on Jan. 17 at the Potts Invitational ... ran a season-best mile in 5:17.45 on Feb. 7 at the New Mexico Classic ... had a season-best 3k time of 10:59.46 on Dec. 12 at the Air Force Holiday Open.

2014 Cross Country: Finished 34th at the NCAA South Central Region championships in 24:09 ... finished 48th at the RMAC championships in 25:00.6 ... placed 132nd at the NCAA championships in 23:16.6 in the 5.78k race ... scored for the team in all six of the team's races ... also competed in one race as an indvidual.

2014 Outdoor Track: Competed as a middle-distance runner ... finished seventh in the 800m in 2:24.81 at the RMAC championships ... ran a season-best 2:21.11 in the prelims of the RMAC championships ... helped the 4x400m relay team finish ninth at the RMAC championships in 4:05.85.

2013-14 Indoor Track: Redshirted.

2013 Cross Country: Helped the Roadrunners to third place at the RMAC championships and eight place at the NCAA championships ... placed 46th overall and fifth on the team at the RMAC championships ... placed 51st overall and fifth on the team at the NCAA championships in 22:58 ... finished 184th at the NCAA championships in 23:32.50 ... had a season-best finish of 15th place at the Colorado College Invitational on Sept. 21.

2013 Outdoor Track: Finished 15th in the 1,500 meters and 16th in the 800 meters at the RMAC championships ... ran a season-best 1500m of 5:01.74 on April 13 at the CU Invitational and ran 5:02.44 at the RMAC championships ... ran a season-best in the 800m of 2:24.22 on May 12 at the Mines Last Chance Meet and 2:26.81 at the RMAC championships.

2012-13 Indoor Track: Earned USTFCCCA all-South Central Region and first team all-RMAC honors in the distance medley relay ... member of the distance medley relay team that broke the school record and finished 10th at the NCAA championships in 11:55.56 ... won the RMAC championship in the DMR in 12:08.94, a provisional NCAA qualifying time ... also a part of the provisional qualifying DMR team that won the CSM Twilight Open on Feb. 8 in 12:12.57 ... finished 13th in the 800 meters at the RMAC championships in 2:25.72 ... ran a season-best 5:35.16 in the mile on Feb. 9 at the CSM Twilight Open.

2012 Cross Country: Placed in the top five on the team in all five meets during the season ... placed 66th in 26:07.20 at the RMAC championships ... finished 72nd in 24:51 at the NCAA South Central Region championships ... placed 34th at the Metro State Invitational.

High School: 2012 graduate of Lincoln High School ... four-year letterwinner in cross country and track ... coached by James Clark, Brittany Penn and Ryan Marini ... second girl in school history to qualify for state in cross country ... 4x800 city champion as a sophomore ... ran personal-bests of 2:27 (800), 5:40 (1600), 11:42 (3200) and 20:02 (5k).
