2016 Outdoor Track: Competed as a distance runner in four races … finished 54^th at the RMAC Championships in the 5k … ran a season-best 3k in 9:48.67 on Apr. 8^th at the CU Invitational … ran a season-best 5k in 15:57.55 on Apr. 23^rd at the CSM Nature’s Bakery Invite.

2015-16 Indoor Track: Competed as a distance runner in four races … ran a season-best mile in 4:50.53 on Jan. 15^th at the Potts Invitational… ran a season-best 3k in 9:22.81 on Feb. 19^th at the CSM Joe Davies.

2015 Cross Country: Competed in seven races ... ran a 6k at UCCS Rust Buster in the time of 20:10 minutes on Sept. 5, finished 7 out of 29 ... ran best 8k at Southern Stampede in the time of 26:23.73 minutes on Sept. 19, finished 97 out of 266 ... ran best 10k at South Central Region Championship in the time of 31:47.3 on Nov. 7, finished 43 out of 164 .. ran 10k at NCAA Championship in the time of 31:54.0 on Nov. 21, finished 146 out of 246.

Before MSU Denver: Redshirted at Adams State University in 2014-15.

High School: 2013 graduate of CEC Middle College of Denver ... three-year letterwinner in cross country and track ... coached by Jeff Young and Hector Martinez ... ran personal-best times of 2:01 (800m), 4:44 (1600m), 10:13 (3200m), 16:33 (5k) and 27:29 (8k).
