2015-16 Indoor Track:  Competed as a middle distance runner in three races … finished 12^th in the 800m at the CSM Joe Davies on Feb 19^th in 2:05.75.

2015 Cross Country: Competed in two races ... ran a 6k at UCCS Rust Buster in the time of 20:26 minutes on Sept. 5, finished 12 out of 29 ... ran best 8k at Southern Stampede in the time of 26:03.76 minutes on Sept. 19, finished 72 out of 266.

2015 Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets as a middle-distance runner ... finished 14th in the 800m at the RMAC Championships in 1:58.50 ... ran a season-best 800m in 1:57.86 on April 25 at the CSM Pre-Conference Open ... ran a season-best 1500m in 4:12.02 on April 11 at the CU Invitational ... helped the 4x400m relay team to a season-best time of 3:23.28 on March 28 at the Kit Mayer Memorial Open.

2014-15 Indoor Track: Redshirted.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in five races in scored in three ... finished third on the team and 22nd overall at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invitational on Sept. 13 in 28:38 ... finished third on the team and 21st overall at the Cowboy Jamboree on Sept. 27 in 27:06.23 ... placed 64th at the RMAC championships in 28:25.4 and 66th at the NCAA South Central Region championships in 34:55 ... was fifth on the team and 27th overall at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 4 in 27:03.

2011-14: Served on a two-year church mission.

2011 Cross Country: Helped Metro State finish ninth at the NCAA Championships as a team, the highest finish in school history ... placed 146th at the NCAA Championships in 34:25.3 in the 10k in Spokane, Wash. ... finished 59th overall and fifth on the team at the Central Region Championships in 35:49 in Denver ... was 44th overall and fifth on the team at the RMAC Championships in 27:31 in Denver.

2011 Outdoor Track: Competed as a distance runner ... missed the final month of the season with a leg injury ... ran a 9:24.73 3k on April 9 at the CU Invitational ... finished 11th at the Potts Invitational with a 4:08.17 1500 ... ran a 2:06.90 800 on March 26 at the CSU-Pueblo Open.

2010-11 Indoor Track: Ran a season-best 4:35.04 mile on Jan. 14 at the Air Force All-Comers meet ... finished seventh in the 3k in 9:50.23 on Feb. 11 at the Air Force Invitational.

2010 Cross Country: Redshirted ... competed in four meets unattatched ... ran a 27:57 8k at the Metro State Invitational.

High School: 2010 graduate of Smoky Hill High School ... four-year letterwinner in track and cross country ... coached by Brian Manley ... placed 12th at the 2009 Class 5A state championships in cross country ... named second team all-state ... ran personal-best times of 16:04 in the 5k, 2:01.1 in the 800, 4:36 in the mile and 10:01 in the 2-mile ... also two-year letterwinner in wrestling.

Personal: Born Aug. 30, 1992, in Bonn, Germany ... son of Wes and Liz Erickson ... older brother Eiger also ran track and cross country at Metro State ... has three older sisters Wyndie, Kami and Stasia and a younger sister Elysia ... enjoys walking on the beach ... majoring in criminal justice with a minor in psychology.
