2024 RMAC Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 9, Sept. 30)

2024: Named an All-RMAC First Team selection…named an All-South Central Region First team selection…RMAC Offensive Player of the Week 2x (9/9/24, 9/30/24) during the week of Sept. 9, she was the Most Valuable Player of the Western Washington Invitational, averaging 4.1 kills per set (third among all RMAC players) on outstanding .418 hitting (second among all RMAC players), and averaged 4.5 points per set (fifth among all RMAC players), during the week of Sept. 30, Helf averaged RMAC bests of 4.6 kills and 5.4 points per set while hitting an outstanding .426 (27 kills, seven errors, 47 attacks) that ranked seventh in the RMAC. Helf had a season-high 17 kills while hitting .433 (four errors, 30 attacks) in the 3-1 win over Mesa, while also adding four blocks (including two solo). She followed up with 10 kills on .412 hitting to go with three block assists in the sweep of Westminster…appeared in all 32 matches for the Roadrunners during the season…second on the team with 313 kills, which also ranked 10th in the RMAC, ranked 8th with 3.26 kills per set…logged season-high 17 kills against Colorado Mesa on Sept. 27…second on her team and third in the RMAC with 41 service aces, season-high five aces against DBU on Sept. 13…finished 8th in the RMAC with 376.5 total points…also totaled 40 blocks for the Roadrunners.
