2012 Outdoor Track: Earned third team All-RMAC honors in the 1500 meters ... named RMAC Track Athlete of the Week on March 28 ... ran provisional NCAA qualifying times in the 1500 and the 800 ... placed sixth at the RMAC Championships in the 1500 in 4:01.21 (3:50.69 converted, provisional mark) ... ran two more provisional times in the 1500, winning the Potts Invitational on March 17 in 3:56.08 (3:50.45) and finishing third at the Mines Last Chance Meet on May 13 in 3:57.56 (3:51.19) ... also ran a provisional time in the 800 at the Beach Invitational on April 21 in 1:52.39 ... also competed with the 4x400 relay team, helping the team finish seventh at the RMAC Championships in 3:28.37 ... also ran the 5k at the Air Force Relays, running in 15:54.30 (15:10.71) ... had the team's fastest times in the 1500 and 5k, and the second-fastest 800 time.

2011 Cross Country: Named USTFCCCA All-Central Region and third team All-RMAC ... finished 59th at the NCAA Championships, running 32:38.8 in the 10k ... led the Roadrunners to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Championships, the highest finish in school history ... finished 22nd at the Central Region Championships in Denver in 34:02 ... placed 15th at the RMAC Championships in 26:07 in the 8k ... opened the season with a sixth-place finish out of 135 runners at the UCCS Rust Buster, running a school-record 6k time of 19:08.29 on Sept. 10 ... placed second overall at the Metro State Invitational in 25:45 in the 8k race.

2011 Outdoor Track: Redshirted ... competed in three races, unattached ... ran a 1:53.78 800 at the Long Beach Invitational on April 16 to place 14th out of 92 runners ... ran a 3:53.32 1500 at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 15 ... won the Jack Christiansen Invitational in 3:56.08 in the 1500.

2010-11 Indoor Track: Named All-America in the mile and first team All-RMAC in the mile and the distance medley relay ... ran five provisional qualifying times in the mile ... ran a season-best 4:10.62 at the Husky Invitational on Feb. 12 in Seattle, Wash. ... placed eighth at the NCAA Championships in 4:13.90 ... finished second at the RMAC Championships in 4:17.26 ... also a member of the distance medley relay team ... helped the team to the RMAC championship with a provisional time of 10:01.69 (9:58.19 converted) ... also competed in the 800 on Feb. 18 at the Mines Twilight and ran a 1:56.27.

2010 Cross Country: Emerged as the team's top runner, leading the Roadrunners to a fourth-place finish at the RMAC Championships and 17th place at the NCAA Championships ... opened the season by finishing second out of 85 runners at the 6k UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 11 in 19:13.16 ... won the Metro State Invitational in 25:35 in the 8k race on Oct. 16 ... finished 27th at the RMAC Championships in 25:16 in the 7.8k ... placed 30th at the Central Region Championships in 32:25.22 ... finished 123rd at the NCAA Championships in 33:36.3.

2010 Outdoor Track: Earned third team All-RMAC honors and qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 1500 meters ... named RMAC Track Athlete of the week on April 28 ... posted four provisional qualifying times during the season in the 1500m ... finished 14th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 3:54.58 ... ran a personal-best 3:53.01 (3:46.78 conversion) at the Mines Last Chance Meet on May 16 ... that time seeded him fifth at the NCAA Championships ... topped a field of 39 runners to win the 1500m in 3:57.92 on April 24 at the Jack Christensen Invitational ... also ran a personal-best 1:53.10 800 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 16, missing a provisional mark by less than a second ... helped the 4x400 meter relay team place fifth at the RMAC Championships in 3:20.42.

2009-10 Indoor Track: Earned All-America honors as a member of the distance medley relay team ... also named second team All-RMAC in the DMR and third team All-RMAC in the 800 meters ... helped Metro State set the school record and finish third at the NCAA Championships in the DMR in 9:55.67, running the 800 meter leg in 1:55.71 ... led Metro State to a second-place finish in the DMR at the RMAC Championships in 10:02.93 ... ran a personal-best 1:55.64 800m on Jan. 15 at the Air Force Open ... finished fifth at the RMAC Championships in the 800m in 1:56.93 ... also ran a personal-best 4:24.72 mile on Jan. 23 at the Joe Davies Open ... helped the 4x400 meter relay team finish fourth at the RMAC Championships in 3:28.29.

2009 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets ... finished 36th at the RMAC Championships in 27:38 in the 8k race ... placed 47th at the NCAA Central Region Championships and finished 141st at the NCAA Championships in 34:53.0 in the 10k.

Before Metro State: Spent two years at Butler County Community College ... ran personal bests of 48.28 in the 400m, 1:53.26 in the 800m and 4:24.00 in the 1600m.
