2011-12 Indoor Track: Finished 12th in the 5k in 15:19.91 at the RMAC Championships in Chadron, Neb. ... was 18th at the RMAC Championships in the 3k in 8:55.38, the fastest time on the team during the season ... placed sixth at the Air Force All-Comers Meet on Jan. 13 in the mile in 4:31.04, the second-fastest mile on the team ... also ran the fastest 5k time on the team in 15:11.79 on Feb. 10 at the Husky Invitational.

SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif., to finish third out of 36 competitors ... placed fifth at the RMAC Championships in 9:35.97, one of three provisional qualifying times ... also ran a 4:05.00 1500 at the CU Invitational on April 9 ... ran a 9:03.94 3k on March 19 at the Potts Invitational.
2010-11 Indoor Track: Ran the team's fastest 3k time to finish 14th at the RMAC Championships in 8:47.28 ... ran a 4:30.65 mile to win the Air Force Invitational on Feb. 11 ... finished 10th at the New Mexico Invitational in the 5k in 15:42.31 ... also competed with the distance medley relay team on Feb. 18 that finished 10:33.33 at the Mines Twilight.
2010 Cross Country: Led the team to a fourth place finish at the RMAC Championships and 17th place at the NCAA Championships ... ran the team's fastest times at the regional championship and the national championship ... ran a career-best 8k time at the Metro State Invitational on Oct. 16 in 26:04 to finish fifth ... placed 30th at the RMAC Championships in 25:27 in the 7.8k ... finished 24th at the Central Region Championships in 32:09.12 in the 10k ... placed 78th at the NCAA Championships in 32:23.3.
2010 Outdoor Track: Competed in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and as a middle distance/distance runner ... finished seventh at the RMAC Championships in the steeplechase in 9:56.38 ... ran a season-best 9:50.73 steeplechase on April 3 at the Tom Benich Invitational ... ran a season-best 4:08.31 1500m on April 17 at the CSU-Pueblo Invitational ... hit a personal-best 9:05.08, ahead of the school record, but behind teammate Zach Mares in the 3,000 meters on April 10 at the CU Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Returned from his church mission as one of the team's top runners, helping Metro State finish 14th at the NCAA Championships ... consistently placed third on the team ... opened the season with a 14th-place finish in 19:55.85 at the 4k UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 4 ... finished eighth at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 27:06 in the 8k race on Oct. 3 ... placed 22nd at the RMAC Championships in 26:44 in the 8k on Oct. 24, just one place away from earning all-conference honors ... finished second on the team and 23rd overall in 32:46.8 at the NCAA Central Region Championships on Nov. 7 ... placed 91st at the NCAA Championships in 33:34.7 in the 10k.

2007 Outdoor Track: Finished third in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a NCAA provisional-qualifying time of 9:44.07 at the RMAC Championship … ranked fourth in the RMAC in the steeplechase … finished second in the steeple at the Western State Last Chance and fourth in the event at the Jack Christiansen Invitational … ran 4:13.09 in the 1500 meters to finish sixth at the Potts Collegiate … finished eighth in the 5000 meters at the Tom Benich Classic.
2006-07 Indoor Track: Ran a time of 16:16.36 to finish 10th in the 5000 meters at the RMAC Championship … finished sixth in the mile at the Colorado School of Mines Twlight, running 4:42.85 … finished fourth in the 800 meters at the Potts Invitational with a time of 2:05.01.
2006 Cross Country: Finished second for the Roadrunners and 20th overall at the 4.25 mile Wyoming Invitational as a 2006 freshman … finished 29th overall at the RMAC Championship, running the 8K in a time of 26:46.40 … ran 32:51.1 to finish 33rd overall at the NCAA North Central Regional … ran 27:43 for 8K to finish 44th at the University of Colorado Shootout.
