2014 Cross Country: Earned second team all-RMAC honors ... finished in the top two and was first on the team in two of his four races ... finished first on the team and 22nd overall in 27:10.4 at the RMAC championships ... placed 29th overall and first on the team at the NCAA South Central Region championships in 33:34, a personal-best 10k time ... was 11th overall at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 4 and 18th overall at the Cowboy Jamboree on Sept. 27.
2014 Outdoor Track: Competed as a distance runner ... finished 21st at the RMAC championships in the 5k in 16:46.81 ... ran a season-best 5k of 15:25.91 on April 26, winning the Jack Christiansen Invitational ... ran a season-best 3k in 8:54.24 on April 12 at the CU Invitational ... ran the 2k steeplechase on April 5 at the Air Force Relays in 6:43.04.
