2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran a personal-best 24.54 (-1.4) seconds in the 200 meters at the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite on April 20, placing 18th. Also finished 14th in the 400 (55.18)...Ran 24.22W (6.3) in the 200 at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 13, placing 42nd. Also finished 34th in the 400 (56.04)...Ran the 400 in 56.32 at the Colorado Invitational on April 6, finishing 43rd...Ran a personal-best 55.15 in the 400 for 16th place at the Spank Blasing on March 30...Ran the 400 in 56.20 for 25th place at the Fum McGraw on March 23...Placed 18th in the 400 with a time of 56.04 at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird on March 16.

2018-19 Indoor Track & Field: Ran a personal-best 56.39 in the 400 at a triangular hosted by Colorado School of Mines on Feb. 15, placing fourth...Ran a personal-best 2:28.38 in the 800 at the Mines Division II Invite & Multi on Jan. 26, placing 17th...Made his MSU Denver debut on Dec. 7 at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi, finishing 13th in the 400 with a time of 57.16.

2018 Cross Country: Did not compete.

High School: Denver School of Science and Technology, class of 2018...Ran track for Hinkley High School...Personal best of 53.93 seconds in the 400 at the Eastern Metro Athletic Conference Championships...Also played football for the Thunderbirds...At DSST, played one year of varsity basketball and two years of ultimate frisbee.
