2019 Cross Country: Finished 72nd at the Roadrunner Invitational on Oct. 5, running eight kilometers in 29 minutes, 23.1 seconds. ... Made his MSU Denver debut on Sept. 7 at the UCCS RustBuster and ran a personal-best 8-kilometer time of 29:12.4 to place 71st.
