2012-13 Indoor Track: Earned first team academic all-RMAC ... ran a provisional NCAA qualifying time in the 3k at the New Mexico Classic on Feb. 1, placing seventh in 8:38.38 (converted to 8:25.61) ... finished 12th out of 31 runners at the RMAC championships in the 3k in 8:44.00 ... also ran a provisional qualifying time in the distance medley relay, helping the team to win the CSM Twilight Open in 10:26.23 (10:02.15 converted).
2012 Cross Country: Named third team all-RMAC and first team academic all-RMAC ... placed 16th in 26:03.60 at the RMAC championships ... finished 26th in 33:20 at the NCAA South Central Region championships ... named RMAC runner of the week on Oct. 10 after finishing second out of 85 runners in 26:20 at the Metro State Invitational on Oct. 6 ... finished first on the team in four of the team's five races, including fourth overall at the season-opening UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 8 in a school-record 6k time of 19:01.40 ... ran a personal-best 8k time of 25:46.6 at the Woody Greeno Invitational on Sept. 15.
2012 Outdoor Track: Named Capital One third team Academic All-America and first team Academic All-District and first team Academic All-RMAC ... finished 10th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the RMAC Championships in 10:38.58 in Gunnison, Colo. ... ran the team's fastest steeplechase time of 9:59.08 on March 24 at the CSU-Pueblo Open ... also had the team's fastest 3k time of 9:08.09 on March 17 at the Potts Invitational ... ran the team's second-fastest time of 16:09.46 in the 5k on April 7 at the Air Force Relays ... finished third at the Mines Quad on April 27 in 4:05.26.

2011 Cross Country: Led Metro State to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Championships as team, the highest finish in school history ... placed 79th at the NCAA Championships in 33:05.2 in the 10k in Spokane, Wash. ... finished 44th at the Central Region Championships in 35:21 in Denver ... placed 42nd at the RMAC Championships in the 8k in Denver.
