2019 Cross Country: Finished 75th at the Roadrunner Invitational on Oct. 5 with an 8-kilometer time of 29 minutes, 25.9 seconds. ... Placed 46th at the Colorado College Invitational on Sept. 14, running 8K in 28:54.8.
2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran the 1500 meters in 5 minutes, 21.38 seconds at the Fum McGraw on March 23, good for 30th place...Ran a personal-best 1500 time of 5:13.84 for 26th at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird on March 16.
2018 Cross Country: Ran 8 kilometers in 29:28.7 at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open on Oct. 13...Placed 72nd at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 6, with a time of 27:35.5...Finished 21st at the Mountaineer-Cowboy Open on Sept. 15 with a time of 27:37.2...Ran a personal-best of 26:00.3 over 8K at the UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 1, placing fifth.
Before MSU Denver: Competed in track & field and cross country at Northwest Missouri State from 2015 through 2017...Accomplished a personal best in the 10,000 meters with a time of 33:10.61 at the 2017 MIAA Outdoor Championships, good for 20th place.
