2010 Outdoor Track: Competed as a middle distance runner ... posted a provisional qualifying time in the 1500 meters, but did not qualify for the NCAA Championships ... ran a season-best 3:52.70 1500m on April 16 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... finished 13th at the RMAC Championships in 4:10.44 on May 11.
2009-10 Indoor Track: Earned All-America and second team All-RMAC honors as a leader of the distance medley relay team ... ran the first leg of the race with a 3:02.48 split in the first 1200 meters as the team placed 3rd with a school record time of 9:55.67 ... helped the DMR place second at the RMAC Championships in 10:02.93 ... also had a provisional qualifying time in the mile, running a personal-best 4:17.02 (4:11.48 conversion) at the New Mexico Classic on Feb. 6 ... placed 13th at the RMAC Championships in the mile in 4:35.61.
2009 Cross Country: Led Metro State to a 14th-place finish at the NCAA Championships, consistently placing among the team's top finishers ... opened the season with an eighth-place finish in 19:28.17 in the 4k UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 4 ... finished fifth at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 26:44 on Oct. 3 in the 8k race ... placed 35th at the RMAC Championships in 27:20 ... finished 43rd at the NCAA Central Region Championships in a season-best 33:46.5 finish in the 10k ... placed 117th at the NCAA Championships.
2009 Outdoor Track: Named second team All-RMAC as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team and third team All-RMAC in the 1500 meter run … qualified for the NCAA Championships, placing 12th in the 1500m in a time of 3:59.29 … ran a personal-best 3:52.81 1500m in the NCAA prelims, earning the eighth seed for the finals … finished 6th at the RMAC Championships in 3:57.78 (3:48.95), for one of his three provisional qualifying times during the season … won the 3000m steeplechase at the CU
Invitational on April 11 in 10:04.53 … helped the 4x400m relay team set the school record and place second at the RMAC Championships in 3:18.35.
2008-09 Indoor Track: Earned All-America honors and was named third team All-RMAC as a member of the distance medley relay team … helped the DMR team finish fifth at the NCAA Championships in a time of 10:03.18 … the DMR took third at the RMAC Championships in 10:16.33 … also competed in the 800m, mile and 4x400m relay … ran a 2:02.14 800m on Jan. 23 at the Potts Invitational.
