2014-15 Indoor Track: Competed in four races ... ran three provisional NCAA qualifying times in the 3k ... ran a season-best 3k in 8:35.90 on Feb. 6 at the New Mexico Classic ... had a season-best converted time of 8:22.78 after finishing in 8:47.13 on Feb. 21 at the Joe Davies Open ... finished second in both the New Mexico Classic and the Joe Davies Open.

2014 Cross Country: Redshirted ... competed unattached at the Roadrunners Invitational and finished 16th in 26:30 on Oct. 4.

2014 Outdoor Track: Finished 16th at the NCAA championships in the 10k in 30:47.14 ... broke the school record with a provisional qualifying time of 30:05.65 on April 17 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... finished eighth at the RMAC championships in 33:27.29 ... broke the school record in the 3k in 8:41.63 on April 12 at the CU Invitational ... placed second in 15:19.91 in the 5k on March 29 at the Front Range Open, the fastest time on the team during the season.

2013-14 Indoor Track: Competed as a distance runner in four races ... ran a provisional NCAA qualifying time as a member of the distance medley relay team, finishing fourth at the RMAC championships in 10:27.76, running the 1600m leg ... ran a season-best 5k in 14:47.92 on Feb. 14 at the Husky Classic in Seattle.

2013 Cross Country: Earned USTFCCCA All-America and all-South Central Region honors, and third team all-RMAC ... led Metro State to finish fifth at the RMAC championships and 13th at the NCAA championships ... placed a team-best 18th in a school-record 8k time of 25:17.5 at the RMAC championships ... finished 14th overall and second on the team at the NCAA South Central Region championships in 30:57 ... placed 20th overall at the NCAA championships in 30:59.30, the best finish on the team ... finished second overall at the Colorado College Invitational in 25:42 on Sept. 21 and second at the Metro State Invitational in 26:08 on Oct. 5 in the two 8k races.

2013 Outdoor Track: Ran a provisional NCAA qualifying time in the 10k on April 18 at the Mt. SAC Relays in 30:16.15 ... ran a team-best 15:50.83 in the 5k on April 6 at the Air Force Relays in 15:50.83 ... broke the school record in the 3k in 8:45.55 at the Jerry Quiller Classic on March 16 ... ran a season-best 4:16.74 in the 1500m on May 7 to finish 21st at the RMAC championships.

2012-13 Indoor Track: Redshirted.

2012: Cross Country: Named USTFCCCA all-South Central Region ... placed 57th in a school-record 10k time of 30:49.4 at the NCAA championships ... was the team's top finisher at the South Central Region championships in 23rd place ... placed 29th at the RMAC championships in 26:36.60 ... ran a personal-best 8k time of 26:24 to place 45th at the Woody Greeno Invitational on Sept. 15 ... opened the season by placing 17th at the UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 8.

2012 Outdoor Track: Finished 13th in the 10k at the RMAC Championships in 35:50.57 in Gunnison, Colo. ... was 23rd in the 5k at the RMAC Championships in 16:22.48 ... ran a 9:21.67 in the 3k on March 17 at the Potts Invitational.

2011-12 Indoor Track: Ran 9:27.78 in the 3k on Feb. 17 at the Mines Twilight Open ... finished third at the Joe Davies Invitational in the 5k in 16:27.99.

2011 Cross Country: Helped Metro State finish ninth as a team at the NCAA Championships, the highest finish in school history ... placed 124th at the NCAA Championships in 33:53.4 in the 10k in Spokane, Wash. ... finished 75th in 36:25 at the Central Region Championships in Denver ... placed 45th at the RMAC Championships in 27:32 in Denver ... ran a 26:27.8 in the 8k at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 24 in St. Paul, Minn. ... finished 11th at the Metro State Invitational in 26:44.
