2019 Cross Country: Fought through injury during senior season. ... Placed 54th at the South Central Regional on Nov. 90, running 10 kilometers in 33 minutes, 24.1 seconds. ... Ran a personal-best time of 24:59.5 for 8K to place 23rd at the RMAC Championshps on Oct. 26. ... Placed 16th at the Roadrunner Invitational on Oct. 5, with an 8K time of 26:17.8.
2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished 20th in the 1500 meters at the RMAC Outdoor Championships on April 28 with a time of 4 minutes, 9.49 seconds...Ran 25th in the 5000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 19 with a season-best time of 15:28.57...Turned in a 1500 time of 4:14.24 in the 1500 for eighth place at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 13...Ran 4:09.14 in the 1500 at the Colorado Invitational on April 6, good for 49th place...Finished 13th in the 5,000 at the Fum McGraw on March 23 with a time of 15:55.40...Finished third in the 1500 at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird on March 16 with a season-best time of 4:02.36.
2018-19 Indoor Track & Field: Placed 14th in the 3,000 meters at the RMAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23 with a time of 9 minutes, 36.88 seconds. Also ran a leg on the fourth-place distance medley relay team (10:21.40)...Finished third in the mile with a time of 4:24.61 at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 9, and also ran on the first-place DMR team (10:25.41)...Ran a personal-best 8:41.31 in the 3,000, good for 16th place at the Colorado Invitational on Feb. 2...Won the 3,000 at the Mines Division II Invite & Multi on Jan. 25 with a time of 8:43.81 -- the converted time of 8:19.61 ranked 14th in the RMAC for the season and was a Division II provisional qualifying time....Placed second in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:20.23 at the CSC Open on Jan. 20 -- converted to 4:12.39, that ranked 18th in the RMAC for the season. He also ran on the fourth-place 4x400 relay team (3:37.56).
2018 Cross Country: Placed 26th at the South Central Regional Championships on Nov. 17, just missing a berth in the national championships, running 10 kilometers in a personal-best 32 minutes, 5.9 seconds...Finished eighth in the RMAC Championships on Nov. 3, running 8K in 25:22.9...Finished ninth at the Fort Hays State (Kan.) Tiger Open on Oct. 13, running 8K in a personal-best 25:18.3...Placed 11th at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 6, with an 8K time of 25:34.8...Placed sixth at the Mountaineer-Cowboy Open on Sept. 15, covering 8K in 26:29.8...Finished second at the season-opening UCCS Rustbuster on Sept. 1, covering 8K in 25:47.8.
2018 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished 12th in the 5,000 meters at the RMAC Outdoor Championships in 16:26.24...Ran a personal-best of 14:47.14 for second place in the 5,000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Calif....Ran a personal-record 1:58.63 to finish in seventh place in the 800 meters at the Mines Kit Mayer Invitational.
2017-18 Indoor Track & Field: Placed 16th in the mile at the RMAC Indoor Championships in 4:30.84...His 8:46.18 in the 3,000 meters at the CU Invitational was a personal record and was good for 28th place...Ran a personal-record 4:25.18 in the mile to finish fourth at the Mines Twilight Classic.
2017 Cross Country: Took 38th at the RMAC Championships, running 10 kilometers in a personal-best 32:36.1, and 42nd at the South Central Region Championships, running eight kilometers in 26:45.1.
2017 Outdoor Track & Field: Placed 12th in the 1,500 at the RMAC Outdoor Championships in 4:22.79. He had run a 4:05.49 in the preliminaries...Time of 4:00.57 in the 1,500 at the Beach Invitational (Long Beach, Calif.) was a personal record...Won the 5,000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational in 15:11.34.
2016 Indoor Track & Field: Finished 16th in the 5,000 (15:42.24) and 21st in the 3,000 (8:57.56) at the RMAC Indoor Championships...Finished third in the 3,000 at the 2017 Shootout in Gunnison, Colo., with a time of 9:23.51.
2016 Cross Country: Stayed in the Roadrunners' top five all season, including three finishes as MSU Denver's No. 2 runner...Took 41st at the RMAC Championships in 27:00.6 and 60th at the South Central Region Championships...Finished 8K in a personal-record 26:34.0 at the Colorado College Invitational...Ran a 16:32.6 for a personal-best at the CSU Invitational.

High School: A 2015 graduate of Mountain View High School in Meridian, Idaho, after moving Longmont, Colo., before senior season...Placed 10th at the Class 5A state meet to earn all-state and lead Mountain View to a 5A state championship in cross country as a senior...Two-time all-state at Skyline High School in Colorado after finishing sixth at the 4A state track meet as a junior in the 3,200 meters and 9th as a sophomore as part of the 4x800 relay...Set the Skyline school record in the 3,200 at the state meet as a junior in 9:48...Ran personal bests 4:29 (1600) and 16:02 (5K, cross country)...Four-year letterwinner...Coached by Kyle Fujimoto and Tracy Harris.
