2020 Outdoor Track & Field: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor Track & Field: Member of school-record setting 4x400 relay. ... Finished fourth in the 60 at the RMAC Championships, matching a season best with a time of 6.95 seconds. Also ran on the fifth-place 4x400 relay. ... Ran a season-best 6.95 in the 60 prelims before finishing fifth in the finals (7.08) at the Mines Friday Night Invitational on Feb. 21. ... Placed 11th in the 60 (7.10) and 15th in the 200 (22.80) on Day 2 of the Grand Valley State (Mich.) Big Meet on Feb. 15. ... Ran on sixth-place 4x400 at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 14. The relay team smashed a 36-year-old school record in the event by more than two seconds, finishing in 3:17.09. ... Ran on winning 4x400 relay at the Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 8. With the conversion for altitude and track size, the converted time was 3:17.02. Also placed third in the 400 (50.62). ... Part of third-place 4x400 at the Mines Winter Classic on Feb. 1 while also placing fourth in the 400 (51.40). ... Ran on the victorious 4x400 relay at the Chadron State Open on Jan. 18, while also placing third in the 400 (51.22) and fourth in the 60 (7.17). ... Finished sixth in the 60 (6.98) and seventh in the 200 (22.94) at the UCCS Invitational on Dec. 14.

2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran on the fourth place 4x400 relay at the RMAC Championships, contributing to a time of 3 minutes, 20.44 seconds at the April 26-28 meet...Placed third in the 200 with a time of 22.93 seconds (-1.4) and eighth in the 400 (51.70) at the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite on April 20.

2018-19 Indoor Track & Field: At the Colorado Invitational from Jan. 31-Feb. 2, ran the 400 in 49.33 for 15th place, ran the 200 in 22.77 for 22nd, and ran on the third place 4x400 relay (3:34.44).

2018 Outdoor Track & Field: Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400 meters...Placed first and set a personal-record in the 400 meters with a time of 47.36 seconds at the Mines Sunday Last Chances...At the RMAC Championships from May 24-26, placed third in the 400 in 47.72 seconds (earning All-RMAC), set a personal best in the 200 preliminaries with a time of 21.84, and ran on the fourth-place in the 4x400 meter relay (48.10)...Finished eighth in the 200 and first in the 400 at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite...Finished fourth in the 200 and 400 at the CU Invitational...Finished first in the 200 and fourth in the 400 at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasing Invite...Placed seventh in the 200 and fourth in the 400 at the Mines Nature Bakery Invite...Placed first in the 400 and second in the 4x100 relay at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird.
 
2017-18 Indoor Track & Field: Placed fifth in the 60, fifth in the 400, and sixth in the 4x400 at the RMAC Indoor Championships...Placed third in the 60 and first in the 400 at the Air Force Open...Finished 20th in the 400 at the Colorado Open...Finished sixth in the 60 and second in the 4x400 relay at the Mines D-II Invite & Multi...Finished second in the 60, first in the 200 and second in the 4x100 at the Mines Twilight Classic...Placed third in the 60, setting a personal record time of 6.90 in the process, and finished fourth in the 400 at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi.

High School: Graduate of St. Marguerite d'Youville...Second place at the Region of Peel Secondary Schools Athletic Association track and field championship in the 200 and 400...First place in the in the 4x100 relay at the ROPSSAA championship...Personal bests of 11.04 (100), 22.24 (200) and 49.01 (400)...Named most improved sprinter on club team in 2015...Earned Academic Excellence Award in business...Also played volleyball.
