College Bests 

2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished eighth in the 200 at the Air Force Twilight Open on May 3 with a time of 23.34 seconds (0.7)...At the RMAC Championships from April 26-28, ran on the ninth-place 4x100 relay (42.85), finished 18th in the javelin (90 feet, 1 inch) and ran in the prelims of the 200 (23.48, 1.8)...Ran a personal-best 200 time of 23.21 (1.2) for 12th place at the Twilight Meet on April 18...Became MSU Denver's first men's javelin competitor since at least 2005 when he had an effort of 99-6 for 13th place at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 13. Also ran on the fifth-place 4x100 team and turned in a time of 23.76 (1.7) in the 200...Ran a season-best 100 time of 11.80 (-0.4) for 12th place, and also finished 20th in the 200 with a time of 23.61 (-1.4) at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird on March 16.

2018-19 Indoor Track & Field: Finished fourth in the 200 (24.19) at a triangular hosted by Colorado School of Mines on Feb. 15...Ran the 200 in 23.97 and the 60 in 7.51 to finish 17th and 23rd, respectively, at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 9...Ran a personal-best indoor 200 time of 23.81 at the Colorado Invitational on Feb. 2, good for 45th place...Ran a personal-best time in the 60 (7.37) for 14th place, while also finishing sixth in the 200 (24.37) at the Mines Division II Invite & Multi on Jan. 26...Finished fifth in the 200 at the CSC Open on Jan. 20 with a time of 24.54...Placed sixth in the 200 (24.64) and 14th in the 60 (7.44) at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi on Dec. 7.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished sixth in the 200 meters in 23.55w (2.7) at the Mines Sunday Last Chance on May 13...Part of the eighth-place 4x100 team, which ran a 42.81 at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Finished 14th in the 100 in 11.72 (-1.2) and ran a personal-best time of 23.88 (-1.1) in the 200 at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 14, where he also ran a leg on the second-place 4x100 team (43.02)...Set a personal-best time of 11.69 in the 100 at the CU Invitational, where he also ran a 23.88 (-0.5) in the 200...Finished sixth in both the 100 and 200 at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasting Invite...Ran on the sixth-place 4x100 team at the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite on March 24...Ran 11.85w (2.1) in the 100 and 23.94 (-2.4) at te CSU-Pueblo Early Bird.

2017-18 Indoor Track & Field: Ran 7.59 in the 60 and 24.17 in the 200 at the Air Force Open on Feb. 16...Finished the 60 in 7.61 and the 200 in 24.20 at the Colorado Invitational...Ran a 7.66 in the 60 and 24.97 in the 200 at the Mines D-II Invite & Multi...Part of the fifth-place 4x400 team (3:55.08) at the Mines Mines Alumni Classic & Multi.

2017 Outdoor Track & Field: Placed ninth in the 200 (24.54) at the Mines Sunday Last Chance on May 14...Finished 23rd in the 200 (24.17, -1.8) and sixth in the 4x100 at the RMAC Outdoor Championships -- the 4x400 team finished in 41.81 in the finals and clocking 41.51 in the prelims...Finished 13th in the 100 (11.85) and 14th in the 200 (24.18, -1.4) at the Mines Nature’s Bakery Invite on April 22...Placed 15th in the 200 (24.45, -1.4) and seventh in the 4x400 (3:28.72) at the CSU-Pueblo Open...Ran a personal-best 55.01 in the 400 at the Jerry Quiller Classic.

2016-17 Indoor Track & Field: Ran a 7.83 in the 60 and was part of the second-place 4x400 relay (3:38.56) at the Mines Joe Davies Classic...Finished 12th in the 400 (57.51) and was part of the eighth-place 4x400 relay (3:48.76) at the Mines NCAA DII Invite...Ran the 400 in 56.68 and ran a leg on the 4x400 relay that finished in 3:44.56 at the Mines Twilight...Finished eighth in the 200 (26.88) and fifth in the 400 (58.04) at the 2017 Shootout. 

2016 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished 28th in the 100 (12.44w, 2.8) and 25th in the 200 (26.07, -2.1) at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Finished 11th in the 100 (11.95, -2.5) at the Mines Nature’s Bakery Invite...Ran on ninth-place 4x400 team (3:32.69) at the Colorado Invitational...Part of 4x400 team that ran 3:35.38 at the CSU-Pueblo Pack Classic.

2015-16 Indoor Track & Field: Made MSU Denver debut with an 11th-place finish of 58.46 in the 400 at the Mines Division II Invite & Multi.
