2019 Cross Country: Finished 34th at the Division II South Central Regional on Nov. 9 with a 10-kilometer time of 32 minutes, 44.8 seconds. ... Turned in a career-best and school-record time of 24:35.0 for 8K to place 15th at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 26, earning All-RMAC second team status. ... Ran 21st in 26:33.1 for 8K as MSU Denver won the Roadrunner Invitational on Oct. 5. ... Finished sixth, covering 8K in 26:15.5, at the Colorado College Invitational on Sept. 14. ... Opened the season with a 19th-place time of 25:31.8 for 8K at the UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 7.
2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Placed 16th in the 1,500 meters at the RMAC Championships on April 28 with a time of 4 minutes, 4.86 seconds...Ran a personal-best 1500 time of 3:54.85 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 19, good for 135th place...Ran 3:56.01 in the 1500 for 14th place at the Colorado Invitational on April 6. Converted to 3:50.39, the time was an NCAA Division II Championships provisional qualifier and ranked 11th in the RMAC for the season...Ran a personal-best 800 of 1:55.71 for third place at the Spank Blasing on March 30. The performance, converted to 1:55.09, put him tied for 16th in the RMAC for the season...Finished eighth in the 5000 at the Fum McGraw on March 22 with a time of 15:27.46.
2018-19 Indoor Track & Field: At the RMAC Championships on Feb. 22-23, ran on the fourth-place distance medley relay (10:21.40) and placed ninth in the 3,000 (8:58.65)...Had two first-place finishes at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 8-9, winning the 3,000 in 8:52.12 as well as running on the victorious DMR (10:25.41)...Ran the mile in 4:25.24 at the Mines DII Invite & Multi on Jan. 25. The converted time of 4:13.37 put him 20th in the RMAC for the season...Ran a personal-record 8:37.20 to finish second in the 3,000 at the CSC Open on Jan. 20. The converted time of 8:22.53 was an NCAA Division II Championships provisional qualifying time and ranked 17th in the RMAC for the season.
2018 Cross Country: Ran a 10-kilometer personal-best time of 32:21.9 to finish 32nd at the Division II South Central Regional Championships on Nov. 17...Ran an 8K personal-best time of 25:31.8 to finish 18th at the RMAC Championships on Nov. 3...Ran 8K in 25:37.6 for 17th place at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open on Oct. 13...Finished 10th at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 6, running 8K in what was then a personal-best 25:34.4...Finished eighth at the Mountaineer-Cowboy Open on Sept. 15, with an 8K time of 26:44.1...Finished third at the season-opening UCCS Rustbuster Invite on Sept. 1 with an 8K time of 25:48.0.
2018 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran a personal-best time of 4 minutes, 3.31 seconds in the preliminaries of the 1500 meters and placed seventh in the 1500 finals (4:05.14) at the RMAC Outdoor Championships. Also placed 15th in the 5,000...Placed first and set a personal-record time of 15:06.09 in the 5000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...Set a personal-best time of 1:58.79 in the 800 to place ninth at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite...Set a personal-best time of 8:52.71 in the 3000 and placed 31st in the 1500 (4:04.39) at the 2018 CU Invitational...Placed 11th in the 1500 (4:06.11) at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasing Invite.
2017-18 Indoor Track & Field: Finished eighth in the mile (4:24.36) and ninth in the distance medley relay (10:44.98) at the RMAC Indoor Championships...Finished second and set a personal-best time of 4:19.71 in the mile at the Air Force Open on Feb. 16...Finished sixth in the 5000 (15:35.74) at the Colorado Invitational...Finished third in the 5000 (15:38.22) at the Mines DII Invite & Multi.
2017 Cross Country: Had a solid 50th-place finish at the South Central Regional Championships on Nov. 4, covering 10 kilometers in 32:56.4...Took 63rd at his first RMAC Championships meet on Oct. 21, running 8K in 27:17.3...Ran 13th in the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 7, with a time of 27:25.0 over 8K...Placed 80th at the 10K Chile Pepper XC Festival...Finished 28th at the Colorado College Invite on Sept. 9, with a time of 26:36.1 for 8K...Made his collegiate debut at the CSU Duals-D2 Combined on Sept. 1 and ran 5K in 16:29.5 for 28th place.
