College Bests

Career: Completed his career during the 2020-21 academic year and stood sixth on the program's all-time performer list in the 400 meters (49.29 seconds), was part of the program-record 4x100 and 4x400 relays (both in 2021) as well as running on the program's second-best 4x400 and sixth-best 4x100, both in 2018. Indoors he was the program record-holder in the 500 meters (1:04.53), ranked second in the 600 (1:22.34) and third in the 400 (49.16), ran on 4x400 relays that ranked first (2019-20), fourth (2016-17) and sixth (2017-18) in program history, ran on the best 4x440-yard relay in program history (2019-20) and was on the fifth-best distance medley relay (2019-20).

2021 Outdoor: At the RMAC Championships, finished eighth in the 400 (49.92) after qualifying eighth in a career-best 49.29. Also ran legs on second-place 4x100 and 4x400 relays, helping set the school record in the 4x100. ... Finished second in the 400 at the Mines Pre-Conference Invitational on April 24 with a 49.35 clocking. ... Turned in a personal-best 800 time of 1:56.47 to finish sixth at the Kit Mayer Classic on April 18. ... Ran the 800 in 1:56.68 to place 16th at the Jo Meaker Classic on April 3. ... Finished seventh in the 400 at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasing Open with a time of 49.69. ... Opened this season at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird on March 20, finishing sixth in the 800 in 1:58.22.

2019-20 Indoor: Set school record in the 500 meters and ran on the 4x400 relay the set the school record. ... Won three individual titles and ran on four first-place relays. ... Finished seventh at the RMAC Outdoor Championships in the 400 meters with a time of 51.56 seconds after running 50.02 in the prelims. ... Won both the 200 (22.75) and 400 (50.29) at the Mines Friday Night Invitational on Feb. 21. ... On Day Two of the Grand Valley State (Mich.) Big Meet on Feb. 15, ran the 200 in 22.88 to place 21st, and ran on the 13th-place distance medley relay. ... Part of school record-setting 4x400 relay, which finished sixth on Day One of the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 14. The relay team smashed a 36-year-old school record in the event by more than two seconds, finishing in 3:17.09. Also ran the 400 in 49.51, placing 30th. ... Ran on two winning relays (4x400, distance medley) and also placed 12th in the 200 (23.22) at the Mountain Lion Open, Feb. 7-8. 2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Redshirted...Competing unattached, won both the 200 meters (22.27 seconds) and 400 (48.45) at the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite on April 20...At the Colorado Invitational on April 6, ran the 200 in 22.45w (4.3) and the 400 in 49.41, finishing 19th and 17th, respectively...Finished fifth in the 400 (48.98) and ninth in the 200 with a time of 22.51 (-0.5) at the Fum McGraw on March 23.

2018-19 Indoor Track & Field: Redshirted.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field: Was part of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team that ran 3 minutes, 15.68 seconds at the RMAC Outdoor Championships. Also finished 10th in the 400 preliminaries (49.63 seconds)...Finished 51st in the 400 (50.11) at the Bryan Clay Invitational...Set a personal-best in the 200 with a 22.48 clocking for 15th place, and finished eighth in the 400 (49.61) at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 14...Park of the second-place 4x400 relay (3:29.70) at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasing Invite...Set a personal-record in the 400 with a time of 49.35 for fourth place, and finished second in the 4x100 relay (42.64) at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird.

2017-18 Indoor Track & Field: At the RMAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23, took seventh in the 400 (51.36), after running 51.31 in the prelims, and ran on the sixth-place 4x400 relay (3:26.70) and ninth-place distance medley relay (10:44.98)...Finished third in both the 200 (22.52) and 400 (51.22) at the Air Force Open on Feb. 16...Ran a personal indoor best in the 200 (51.21) at the Colorado Invitational while also running for the sixth-place 4x400 relay (3:25.19)...Starred at the Mines DII Invite & Multi, finished third in both the 200 (23.26) and 400 (51.27) and running for the second-place 4x400 relay (3:26.36)...Finished first in the 400 (51.22) and second in 4x400 (3:27.78) at the Mines Twilight Classic on Jan. 20. 

2017 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished eighth in the 100 (11.34) at the Mines Nature’s Bakery Invite...…Finished 53rd in the 400 (50.55) at the Beach Invitational, where he also took part with the 10th-place 4x100 relay that ran 42.05...Ran 50.20 in the 400 at the Bryan Clay Invite...Set a personal-record in the 800 with a time of 2:03.30, and also finished fourth in the 4x100 relay (41.65) and third in the 4x400 relay (3:20.37) at the Colorado Invitational...Finished sixth in the 400 (50.34) at the CSU-Pueblo Open...Finished sixth in the 800 (2:03.36) at the CMU Invite. 

2016-17 Indoor Track & Field: At the RMAC Indoor Championships, ran on the sixth-place 4x400 and distance medley relay teams, which turned in times of 3:24.46 and 10:23.27, respectively. Also ran in the 400 preliminaries (51.02)...Ran 51.60 in the 400 and ran with the third-place distance medley relay (10:51.23) at the Mines Joe Davies Classic...Set a personal best in the 600 with a time of 1:22.84 at the New Mexico Classic, where he also ran the 400 in 51.02...Finished seventh in the 400 (52.30) and fifth in the DMR (10:50.66) at the Mines ND-II Invite...Finished 10th in the 800 (2:04.58) and second in the 4x400 (3:31.74) at the Mines Twilight...Finished fifth in the 800 and second in the 4x400 (3:46.00) at the Shootout on Jan. 14. 

2016 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran the 400 in 49.87 and ran on the 10th-place 4x400 meter relay (3:29.12) at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Finished 11th in the 400 (50.97) and ran on the seventh-place 4x400 relay (3:30.03) at the CU Invitational. 

2015-16 Indoor Track & Field: At the RMAC Indoor Championships, was part of the fifth-place DMR (10:22.15) and 10th-place 4x400 (3:32.70), while also running the 400 in 51.68...Finished third in both the 400 (51.39) and 4x400 (3:36.34) at the Mines Joe Davies Classic...Ran 50.24 in the 400 at the New Mexico Classic...Part of relays that finished fourth (DMR) and sixth (4x400) at the Mines DII Invite & Multi, with time of 10:39.98 and 3:36.16, respectively...Finished eighth in the 200 (23.78) and 12th in the 400 (52.77) at the Mines Twilight, where he was also on the fourth-place 4x400 relay (3:36.26)...Finished first in both the 400 (52.91) and 4x400 relay (3:47.13) at the Potts Invitational...Finished eighth in the 400 (51.73) at the Air Force Open...Finished sixth in the 400 (52.80) at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi. 

High School: Westminster High School, class of 2015....Two-time state qualifier and a state finalist in the 400 as a senior, placing ninth in 50.15...Ran personal bests of 49.61 (400) and 22.8 (200)...Coached by Richard Quitman...Class 5A all-state and All-East Metro Athletic Conference first team in soccer, scoring 13 goals as a senior. He was a four-year letterwinner for the Wolves.
