2023 Outdoor: Finished his freshman season ranked as MSU Denver's second-best individual all-time in the 400 hurdles while ranking fifth individually among all Roadrunners in the 110 hurdles. ... At the RMAC Championships from April 28-30, finished seventh in the 110-meter hurdles in a personal-best 15.29 seconds (after running a personal-best 15.32 in preliminaries) and also finished 14th in the 400 hurdles in 57.44. ... Posted personal-best 400 hurdles time in a fourth straight meet, finishing second in 56.08 at the April 21 Mines Mini Meet. ... Ran a personal-best 400 hurdles of 56.47 for seventh, and placed sixth in the 110 hurdles in 15.78 at the Kit Mayer Classic on April 8. ... Ran a personal-best 60 hurdles time of 8.78 -- improving his standing as MSU Denver's fifth-fastest competitor all-time in the event -- to finish 10th at the Mines Winter Classic on Feb. 4, while also placing seventh in the 400 in 56.11. ... Ran a personal-best 400 of 54.96 for seventh place at the Jan. 28 Mountain Lion Open. ... At the UCCS Invitational on Jan. 21, ran the 60 hurdles in 8.83 and the 400 in 55.49, good for 16th and 14th, respectively. ... Had qualified second in the 110 hurdles with a personal-best 15.20 clocking in prelims. ... Personal bests included 40.97 in the 300 hurdles, 19 feet, 8 inches in the long jump, 40-8 in the triple jump, 12.55 in the 100 and 89-7 in the discus. ...
