Career: Prior to the 2024-25 academic year, was the fourth-fastest individual in program history in the indoor 5,000 meters at 14 minutes, 38.39 seconds and, outdoors, was third individually in the 5000 (14:25.51).

2024 Outdoor: At the RMAC Championships, finished 23rd in the 10,000 meters (32 minutes, 19.05 seconds) on April 26 and 17th in the 5000 (15:10.02) on April 28. ... Ran a personal-best 5000 of 14:25.51 for fourth place on April 13 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, a time that put him third individually in MSU Denver history. It put him 23rd in the RMAC and 80th in Division II at season's end. ... Finished fifth in the 5000 at the March 30 Chuck Haering Classic, with a 15:06.17 clocking. ... Ran a career-best 1,500 of 4:03.61 for 16th place on March 23 at the Spank Blasing Invitational. ... Career-best 10,000 of 31:50.14 at the season-opening CSU Pueblo Early Bird on March 16 was good for 18th place. 2023-24 Indoor: At the RMAC Championships on Feb. 23, finished 15th in the 5000 meters in 15 minutes, 47.69 seconds. ... Competed at the prestigous Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational in Boston on Feb. 3, finishing 10th in his division of the 5000 in 14:40.77. The raw time put him 27th on the RMAC's season-ending performance list. ... At the Jan. 20 UCCS Invitational, finished fifth in the mile (4:27.53) and sixth in the 3000 (9:06.07). ... Ran a personal-best 3000 in his season debut, placing 27th in 8:48.0 on Jan. 13 at the Potts Invitational.

2023 Cross Country: Along with teammate Noel Lopez, became the first MSU Denver competitors to qualify for the NCAA Championships since 2015. ... Placed 157th at the Nov. 18 National Championships after running 10 kilometers in 31 minutes, 48.6 seconds. ... Qualified for nationals as an at-large entry following his 30th-place showing at the Nov. 4 South Central Regional, where he ran a 10K personal best of 30:56.7. ... Finished 14th with an 8K time of 24:53.1 at the Oct. 21 RMAC Championships to earn All-RMAC first team recognition. ... Finished sixth at the Oct. 7 Chargers Invitational with a school-record 8K cross country time of 24:24.8. ... 2022 Outdoor: At the RMAC Championships on April 29, finished 19th in the 5000 meters in 15 minutes, 30.78 seconds. ...
