2025 Cross Country: Competed in four 8k races during the season, ran a personal best time of 24:39.5 at the DBU Old Glory Gallup, placing second among Roadrunners and 21st out 401 runners overall…placed 40th overall with a time of 25:47.10 at the RMAC Championships for the 8k event…competed at the NCAA DII Regional Championships and placed 43rd overall with a time of 31:55.9…finished 17th overall with a time of 25:48.8 at the Roadrunners Invitational…earned top-3 finishes among Roadrunners in all five events during the cross country season.

International: Competed at the 2024 U.S. Paralympic Trials in the 1,500 meters, running a personal-best time of  4 minutes, 3.82 seconds that put him approximately 3.3 seconds away from qualifying for the Paralympic Games in Paris. Twin brother Jonathan ran 4:02.21 which was about 1.8 seconds away from making the team. ... The Duran brothers, who are on the autism spectrum, compete in the T20 classification. ... They also competed at a Grand Prix meet in Paris in June, 2024.

2023 Cross Country: Scorer in three of his four races -- twice as MSU Denver's fifth finisher and then as its third finisher at the RMAC Championships. ... Strong performance at the Oct. 21 RMAC Championships saw him place 49th overall as MSU Denver's third finisher after running eight kilometers in 25 minutes, 50.2 seconds. ... Ran an 8K personal best of 25:30.8 to finish 81st on Oct. 7 at the Chargers Invitational. ... Placed 34th at the Sept. 16 Roadrunners Invitational. ... Made his MSU Denver debut on Sept. 2 at the season-opening UCCS Rust Buster, finishing 42nd in 28:00.9 in the 8K race.
