2021 Outdoor Track & Field: Joined MSU Denver at the semester break and competed in one meet, finishing 10th in the 1500 meters at the Kit Mayer Classic on April 18 with a time of 4 minutes, 36.69 seconds.

High School: Eaglecrest class of 2020. ... In cross country, qualified for the Class 5A State Championships in 2019 after finishing eighth at the Region 1 Championships with a 5-kilometer time of 17 minutes, 14.0 seconds. ... Had four top-eight finishes as a senior, including sixth at the Centennial League Finals, fifth at the Cherry Creek Steve Lohman Invitational (personal-best 16:42.0) and fifth at the Aurora City Championships. ... As a junior, finished second at the Arvada West Invitational, 21st at the Centennial League Championships and 33rd at the Region 1 Championships.. ... As a sophomore, finished fourth at the Mustang Stampede, 36th at the Centennial League Championships and 79th at the Region 1 Championships. ... As a freshman, finished seventh at the JFK Commander Cup and 20th at the Centennial League Championships. ... In track, posted personal bests of 4 minutes, 56.64 seconds in the 1,600 meters and 10:49.36 in the 3,200.
