Jacqueline Flood

Jacqueline Flood is in her fifth season on Coach Annie Van Wetzinga's MSU Denver staff in 2021.

Flood played for Van Wetzinga at Upper Iowa, where she was the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference's Freshman of the Year in 2013. She was an All-NSIC first team selection in 2015 and 2016, and earned All-Central Region second team honors in 2016. She was also Upper Iowa's Senior Female Athlete of the Year in 2016.

She set Upper Iowa's single-season school record for hits (69), runs (44) and RBIs (52) as a junior in 2015, while also finishing with the second-best single-season school marks for on-base percentage (.503) and home runs (11) and with the third-best total for batting average (.431) and slugging percentage (.731). Through 2017, she was Upper Iowa's career leader in home runs (28) and RBIs (145), and ranked third all-time at Upper Iowa in hits (207), third in runs (117), third in slugging percentage (.580), third in on-base percentage (.431), fourth in doubles (37), fourth in at-bats (586), seventh in batting average (.353) and seventh in triples (six).

She served as a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative in 2014, 2015, and 2016 and she graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports studies with a sports administration emphasis. She also earned a minor in psychology.

Flood has also volunteered for numerous programs and has a strong commitment to community service.
