Richardson will begin her second year as an assistant coach in 2017-18 for the Roadrunners.
Prior to her role as an assistant coach at MSU Denver, she served as a volunteer coach for the Roadrunners. Previously Richardson served as the head coach of the 18U Oklahoma Synergy. She also worked as a summer camp directore at The Point Athletic Club.
Richardson played softball at Oklahoma Panhandle State at was named the team captain in 2015. Richardson received her bachelor's degree in Pyschology from Oklahoma Panhandle State in May, 2015. She also earned a Master of Sport Psychology and Performance Enhancement from the University of the Rockies.
