2014 Outdoor Track: Named to the academic all-RMAC honor roll ... finished 12th at the RMAC championships in the 3k steeplechase in 10:30.44 ... ran a season-best steeplechase in 9:46.48 on April 19 at the Beach Invitational ... finished the 1500m in 4:06.29 on April 12 at the CU Invitational ... placed 14th at the RMAC championships in the 1500m in 4:12.82.

2013-14 Indoor Track: Named to the academic all-RMAC honor roll ... placed 13th at the RMAC championships in the mile in 4:33.13 ... finished 19th at the RMAC championships in the 3k in 9:35.48 ... ran a season-best mile in 4:32.31 to place fifth at the Air Force All-Comers Meet on Jan. 11 ... ran a season-best 3k in 9:14.84 on Feb. 22 at the Joe Davies Open.

2013 Cross Country: Named to the academic all-RMAC honor roll ... helped the Roadrunners place 13th at the NCAA championships and fifth in the RMAC ... placed 69th at the RMAC championships in 27:41.9 ... finished 91st at the NCAA South Central Region championships in 33:44 ... placed 217th at the NCAA championships in 34:12.90 ... was third on the team and 49th overall in 15:55.70 at the season-opening CSU Invitational 5k on Sept. 6.

2013 Outdoor Track: Named to the academic all-RMAC honor roll ... finished 14th at the RMAC championships in the 3k steeplechase in 10:01.87 ... placed 18th at the RMAC championships in the 1500 meters in 4:09.25 ... ran a season-best 1500 in 4:05.13 on April 13 at the CU Invitational ... ran a season-best 800 in 2:02.24, also at the CU Invitational ... ran a season-best 10:00.83 in the steeplechase on April 27 at the CSM Pre-Conference meet.

2012-13 Indoor Track: Named second team academic all-RMAC ... finished 12th at the RMAC championships in the 5k in 16:02.65 and 26th in the 3k in 9:08.18 ... also competed in the mile, running a season-best 4:41.25 at the Joe Davies Invitational on Feb. 16 ... finished 10th out of 28 runners in the 3k at the Air Force Invitational on Jan. 26.

2012 Cross Country: Named second team academic all-RMAC ... competed in all five races ... finished 49th at the RMAC championships in 27:31.70 ... placed 63rd at the NCAA South Central Region championships in 35:15 ... was 19th at the season-opening UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 8, running a 19:57.00 6k.

2012 Outdoor Track: Finished ninth at the RMAC Championships in the 3k steeplechase in 10:37.20 in Gunnison, Colo. ... ran a personal-best 10:11.55 in the steeplechase on April 14 at the CU Invitational ... finished eighth at the Air Force Relays in the 5k in 16:24.20 ... ran a 4:05.18 1500 meters on March 17 at the Potts Invitational to place fifth.

2011-12 Indoor Track: Competed as a distance runner ... placed 16th at the RMAC Championships in the mile, running 4:32.77 in Chadron, Neb. ... helped the distance medley relay team finish sixth at the RMAC Championships in 10:32.00, running the 800-meter leg ... finished third in the 3k at the Air Force All-Comers Meet on Jan. 13 in 9:34.20 ... also ran a 16:25.89 5k on Feb. 10 at the Air Force Invitational.

2011 Cross Country: Redshirted ... ran in three meets unattached ... finished 38th at the Metro State Invitational in 28:24 in the 8k.

High School: 2011 graduate of Laramie High School ... four-year letterwinner in cross country, three-year letterwinner in outdoor track and two-year letterwinner in nordic skiing and indoor track ... coached by Greg Schabron ... won two state championships as a member of the 4x800 relay team ... member of three state team runners-up ... earned three regional championships and all-conference honors ... set the school indoor 4x800 relay record and 3200 record ... ran personal-bests of 53 seconds in the 400, 2:01 (800), 4:16 (1500), 4:35 (1600), 9:33 (3k), 9:53 (3200), 16:18 (5k) and 36:59 (10k) ... honor roll member.
