2020 Outdoor: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor: Placed sixth in the 3,000 at the Chadron State Open on Jan. 18 in 11 minutes, 42.86 seconds. ... Finished fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Mines Alumni & Classic on Dec. 5 with a time of 20:24.86.
2019 Cross Country: Became a regular scorer for the MSU Denver team in her first season with the program. ... Finished 78th at the Division II South Central Regional with a 6-kilometer time of 24 minutes, 15.7 seconds. ... Ran a season-best 6K time of 23:44.7 for 73rd place at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 26. ... Finished second among MSU Denver runners and 96th overall at the Lewis (Ill.) Crossover with a 6K time of 24:19.8. ... Finished 24th at the Roadrunner Invitational on Oct. 5, running 6K in 24:23.8. ... Placed 19th at the Colorado College Invitational on Sept. 14, with a 6K time of 25:26.0. ... Made her MSU Denver debut on Sept. 7 at the UCCS RustBuster and finished 33rd, running 5K in 20:31.6.
Before MSU Denver: Competed for Lansing (Mich.) Community College...Placed 76th at the NJCAA Division I National Championships as a freshman, helping Lansing to a seventh-place finish...Finished 143rd at nationals the following year, helping the Stars to a 17th-place finish in the team race...Placed 10th at the regional/Michigan Community College Athletic Association meet to help Lansing a second straight team title in 2018.
