2023 Outdoor: Ranked 80th in Division II in the heptathlon with a score of 4,169 points. ... Finished seventh in the heptathlon with a program-record 4,169 points at the RMAC Championships on April 28, as she had personal bests in the 200 meters (26.85 seconds), the 800 (2:29.53), the high jump at 1.40 (4-7) and the 100 hurdles (16.46). Finished fifth among competitors in the 800, the shot put at 10.28 (33-8 3/4) and the javelin at 28.66 (94-0). Also competed individually in the javelin, finishing 23rd with a heave of 25.55 (83-10). ... One of two Roadrunners competing in the heptathlon for the first time in program history at the Maverick Invitational on April 15, she placed seventh with 3,777 points. ... Went a season-best 5.09 (16-8 1/2) for 13th place, and also finished eighth in the javelin at 29.26 (96-0) and 13th in the shot put at 10.29 (33-9 1/4) at the April 7-8 Kit Mayer Classic. ... Fifth in the 60 hurdles (9.99) at the Feb. 17 Air Force Collegiate. ... Finished 12th in the pentathlon at the Mines Winter Classic on Feb. 3, with a total of 2,908 points. ... Ran on the winning 4x400 relay (4:15.03) and finished ninth in the long jump at 4.88 (16- 1/4) at the Jan. 28 Mountain Lion Open. ... Improved her standing as the third-fastest 60 hurdler in program history with a 9.60 for 10th place at the Jan. 21 UCCS Invitational. ... Made her MSU Denver debut in the pentathlon on Dec. 9 at the season-opening UCCS Pre-Holiday Invitational at set the program record (broken the following day by Grace Solarin) in the indoor shot put at 10.54 (34-7) while recording a program-record 2,968 points, good for 14th place. Her 9.74 clocking in the 60 hurdles made her the program's second-fastest ever in the event.
