Career: One of the program's most versatile performers of all-time, she at one time held the program's javelin record before finishing her career third individually at 31.42 meters (103 feet, 1 inch), while also ranking sixth individually in the triple jump outdoors at 10.10 (33-1 3/4) and being part of the program's record-setting 4x400 relay that clocked 3 minutes, 55.43 seconds. She ran on the three fastest 4x400s in program history (2021, 2022, 2023) and was part of the program's second- and third-best 4x100 units (2021, 2022). Indoors she was part of a 4x400 relay in 2022 that ranked fourth in program history (4:04.63) while she ranked sixth individually in the triple jump with an effort of 10.06 (33- 1/4).
2023 Outdoor: Competed in four events at the RMAC Championships from April 28-30, running a leg on the eighth-place 4x400 relay that set the program record of 3 minutes, 55.43 seconds, while also finishing 16th in the 400 meters (59.62 seconds), 18th in the 200 (26.36) and 20th in the javelin at 29.61 meters (97 feet, 2 inches). ... Ran a personal-best 200 of 26.09 to place fifth at the April 21 Mines Mini Meet. ... Finished third in the 200 (26.82) at the Beach Invitational on April 14. ... Turned in a personal-best 400 of 59.21 for 12th place, and a personal-best 200 of 26.13 for 18th while also finishing ninth in the javelin at 31.27 (102-7) at the CSU Pueblo Open on March 31 and April 1. ... Ran on the second-place 4x100 relay and at the Spank Blasing Invitational on March 25. ... Opened the season with a personal best in the javelin, an eighth-place effort of 31.42 (103-1), while also finishing sixth in the 400 at 1:00.49 and ninth in the 200 (26.49), with both of those times just off her personal bests, at the CSU Pueblo Early Bird on March 17-18.
2022-23 Indoor: Had no marks in the triple jump at the RMAC Championships on Feb. 24. ... At the Jan. 28 Mountain Lion Open, ran on the first-place 4x400 relay (4:15.03) as well as finishing ninth in the 200 (27.41). ... Competed in the triple jump indoors for the first time at the Jan. 21 UCCS Invitational and finished eighth with an effort of 10.06 meters (33 feet, 1/4 inches), qualifying for the RMAC Championships.
2022 Outdoor: Versatile performer was busy at the RMAC Championships from April 29 through May 1, where she had personal bests in both the javelin at 29.80 meters (97-9) and triple jump at 9.77 (32- 3/4), ran on the fourth-place 4x100-meter relay and seventh-place 4x400, and placed 21st in preliminaries for the 200 meters at 27.03 seconds. The 4x400 set the school record at 3:56.79, and the 4x100 relay's time of 48.57 wass the fourth-fastest ever run at MSU Denver and was second on the program's seasonal list. Her javelin effort kept her second on MSU Denver's all-time list and was the fourth-best effort ever in the event by a Roadrunner. ... Attempted the triple jump for the first time and sailed a wind-aided 10.10 (33-1 3/4) while also finishing sixth in the javelin at 28.68 (94-1) at the Kit Mayer Classic on April 20. ... At the CU Invitational on April 9, ran on the second-place 4x400 relay and placed ninth in the javelin at 26.89 (88-3). The 4x400's time of 3:58.55 was the fourth-fastest ever run at MSU Denver. ... Ran a wind-aided 200 of 26.09 for 11th place and also ran on the first-place 4x100 at the Maverick Invitational on April 1 and 2, where she was also eighth in the javelin at 27.49 (90-2). ... Improved upon her school record in the javelin at the Spank Blasing Invitational on March 26 with an effort of 29.75 (97-7), good for fifth place.
2021-22 Indoor: Competed in five meets. ... At the RMAC Championships on Feb. 26, ran on the sixth-place 4x400 relay, whose time of 4 minutes, 4.63 seconds was the fifth-fastest in program history. ... Ran on the first-place 4x400 relay at the season-opening UCCS Pre-Holiday Invitational and Multi, and that unit's time of 4:05.06 was the sixth-best in program history.
2021 Outdoor: Finished the season at the Loper Twilight #1 on May 15, finishing eighth in the 400 meters (1 minute, 2.91 seconds) and 11th in the javelin (84 feet, 6 inches). ... At the RMAC Championships, part of the fifth-place 4x100 relay and finished 11th in the javelin with a personal-best 86-1, improving upon her school-record distance. ... Ran on the school-record setting 4x100 relay that finished in second place, and placed fifth in the javelin (85-7) at the Mines Pre-Conference Invitational on April 24. ... Part of the school record-setting 4x400 relay that clocked 3:58.07 for third place at the Kit Mayer Classic on April 18. ... Ran a personal-best 100 of 13.02 to finish 33rd at the Jo Meaker Classic on April 3. ... Opened the season May 20 at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird and finished 19th in the 100 (13.29) and 28th in the 200 (27.45).
2020-21 Indoor: Competed in four meets. ... Placed fourth in the 60 meters (8.35 seconds) at the Mines Front Range Invitational #4 on Feb. 20. ... Finished fifth in the 400 (1:06.21) at the Mines Front Range Invitational #2 on Feb. 6. ... Ran a season-best 200 time of 28.05 in a triangular at Western Colorado on Jan. 30.
2020 Outdoor: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor: Ran for 11th-place 4x400 relay at the RMAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 28-29. ... Ran on fourth-place 4x400 relay at the Chadron State Open on Jan. 18.
2019 Outdoor: Placed 14th in the javelin at the RMAC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best effort of 76 feet, 5 inches. Also ran on the seventh-place 4x100 relay (50.91 seconds), the ninth-place 4x400 (4:06.55) and approached a personal best in the 400 in the preliminaries with a time of 1:00.81 at the April 26-28 meet...Ran a personal-best 200 time of 26.45 (0.9) for 11th place at the Twilight Meet on April 18, where she also finished ninth in the 400 (1:01.01)...At the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 13, became the first woman in MSU Denver program history to compete in the javelin, with a 73-9 effort that was good for eighth place.
