Biography

2020 Cross Country: Competed at the season-opening UCCS Open on Sept. 18 and finished 46th with a 5-kilometer time of 24 minutes, 21.4 seconds.

Before MSU Denver:
Competed for two seasons of cross country and indoor track and one season of outdoor track at Concordia (Neb.). ... In indoor track, finished 10th in the 600 meters and 13th in the 800 at the Great Plains Athletic Conference Championships on Feb. 21-22, 2020, running personal bests of 1 minute, 47.02 seconds and 2:35.70, respectively. ... Ran on the winning 4x800 relay at the Scott Nisely Memorial on Jan. 18. ... Finished fourth in the 600 at the Bulldog Early Bird on Dec. 14, 2019, with a time of 1:47.70. ... Finished fifth in the 400 at the Polar Dog on Jan. 19, 2019 with a time of 1:09.40. ... Outdoors, placed 14th in the 400 hurdles at the GPAC Championships on May 4, 2019, with a personal-best time of 1:10.40. ... Finished second in the 400 at the Blizzard Buster on April 27, 2019, with a personal-best time of 1:05.95. ... In cross country, ran a 5-kilometer personal best of 20:41.4 at the Briar Cliff (Iowa) Invitational on Oct. 5, 2019, placing 57th.

High School: Ran on fifth-place 4x400 relay as a junior at the Class 4A State Championships as in 2017. Also ran on that unit at state as a sophomore in 2016. ... In cross country, turned in her 5,000-meter personal-best time of 20:59.0 to finish 18th in the Class 4A Region 3 Championships as a junior in 2016, finishing 18th. ... In outdoor track, competed in the 400, 800 and 3,200 as well as the high jump and triple jump. ... Ran a personal record 1:04.34 in the 400 to place 10th at the Tri-Valley League Meet as a senior on May 5, 2018. ...
