2018-19 Indoor: Finished ninth in the mile (5 minutes, 17.93 seconds) and 12th in the 5,000 meters (19:36.57) at the RMAC Championships on Feb. 22-23...Placed second in the mile (5:11.82) in a triangular hosted by Colorado School of Mines on Feb. 15...Ran a personal-best mile time of 5:09.15 to finish second at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 9. Converted to 4:56.47, her time was an NCAA Division II provisional qualifying time and put her sixth on the RMAC performance list for the season. Her time ranked 17th nationally, just missing out on the top 16 to qualify for natinoals...Ran a personal-best 5,000 time of 17:49.88 to win at the Colorado Invitational on Feb. 2. Converted to 17:18.05, her time was an NCAA Division II provisional qualifying time and put her seventh on the RMAC performance list for the season...Placed second in the mile (5:13.99) and ran on the second-place distance medley relay (12:47.19) at the Mines Division II Invite & Multi on Jan. 26...Won the 3,000 at the CSC Open on Jan. 20 with a time of 10:36.66. Converted to 10:21.86, her time put her 21st on the RMAC performance list for the season.
2018 Cross Country: At the NCAA Division II Nationals on Dec. 1, ran 6 kilometers in 24:19.4 to place 87th and help MSU Denver to a 22nd-place finish...At the Division II South Central Regional on Nov. 17, helped MSU Denver return to nationals for the first time since 2014 with a 6K personal-best time of 22:42.4 to finish 29th...Placed 33rd at the RMAC Championships on Nov. 3, after running 6K in 23:09.4...Ran a 5K personal-best time of 18:21.1 to finish sixth at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open on Oct. 13...Placed 13th at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 6, covering 6K in 22:49.6...Finished sixth at the Mountaineer-Cowboy Open on Sept. 15, running 5K in 18:46.9...Placed third at the UCCS Rustbuster Invite on Sept. 1, with a 5K time of 18:35.8.
2018 Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 10,000 at the RMAC Championships with a time of 41:17.84 to wrap up her senior season of outdoor...Ran a personal best in the 5,000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 20, finishing seventh in 17:42.87...Ran a personal best in the 800 (2:21.46) to finish fifth at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 14...Ran a personal best in the 10,000 at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasing Invite, finishing fifth in 39:45.32...Finished fourth in the 800 (2:29.25) and sixth in the 1,500 (4:59.92) at the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite on March 24...Finished sixth in the 5,000 at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird on March 17 with a time of 19:24.93.
2017-18 Indoor: Ran on the fifth-place distance medley relay (12:47.12) at the RMAC Championships on Feb. 23...Finished seventh in the mile (5:33.19) at the Air Force Open on Feb. 16...Finished third at the Mines D-II Invite & Multi on Jan. 27 with a time of 19:40.80...Placed third in the mile (5:31.15) and fourth in the 3,000 (11:15.85) at the Mines Twilight Classic on Jan. 20.
2017 Cross Country: Redshirted.
2017 Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 1,500 at the RMAC Championships with a time of 5:03.29 after running 5:02.72 in preliminaries at the May 7-9 meet...Ran a personal best in the 1,500, clocking 4:47.29 at the Beach Invitational on April 15, good for 72nd place...Won the 5,000 at the Bryan Clay Invite on April 14 with a time of 18:10.34...Finished third in the 1,500 at the CSU-Pueblo Open on April 2 with a time of 4:55.32...Placed third in the 5,000 at the CMU Invite on March 25, clocking 18:43.92...Ran a personal best in the 3,000 at the Jerry Quiller Classic on March 18, finishing second in 10:43.06.
2016-17 Indoor: Ran a personal-best 3,000 of 10:33.01 to finish 12th at the Feb. 24-25 RMAC Championships, where she also finished seventh in the 5,000 in 18:41.18...Won the 3,000 at the Adams State Qualifier on Feb. 11 in 11:27.41...Finished seventh in the 3,000 (10:51.22) and 18th in the mile (5:25.36) at the New Mexico Classic, Feb. 3-4...At the Mines NCAA DII Invite on Jan. 27-28, ran on the sixth-place 4x400 (4:24.39) and seventh place distance medley relay (13:12.08)...Made her MSU Denver indoor debut at the Mines Twilight Classic on Jan. 21, running the mile in 5:28.04.
2016 Cross Country: Finished 31st at the South Central Regional on Nov. 5, running 6K in 23:22.9...Placed 14th at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 22, running 3.73 miles in 23:14.4...Finished second at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 1, with a 6K time of 23:10.7...At the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 24, ran 6K in 24:09.3 to finish 35th...Placed seventh at the Colorado College Invitational on Sept. 10 after running 6K in 23:24.6...Placed 10 in the CSU Invite-D2 Combined on Sept. 2, running 5K in 18:55.9 in her MSU Denver debut.
Before MSU Denver: Ran cross country and track at Santa Rosa Junior College (Calif.)...Coached by David Wellman...MVP of the cross country and track team each of her two years...Finished second in the state in the 1,500 and ran a PR with 4:36. PR for the 5K was 17:57.
