2019 Outdoor Track & Field: Ran a personal-best 2 minutes, 45.81 seconds in the 800 meters to finish fourth at the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite on April 20...Ran a personal-best 11:56.96 in the 3,000, finishing 21st, at the Colorado Invitational on April 6...Placed 13th in the 800 (2:48.64) and 20th in the 1,500 (5:34.72) at the Spank Blasing on March 30...Finished 24th in the 1500 at the Fum McGraw on March 23 with a time of 5:35.03.

2018-19 Indoor Track & Field: Finished fifth in the mile (6:14.94) at a triangular hosted by Colorado School of Mines on Feb. 15...Finished seventh in the 3,000 at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 9 with a time of 12:45.06...Finished 13th in the 3,000 at the CSC Open on Jan. 20 with a time of 12:26.96.

2018 Cross Country: At the RMAC Championships on Nov. 3, ran 6 kilometers in 25:57.7 to finish 101st...Placed 38th at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open on Oct. 13, covering 5K in 21:05.7...Ran 6K in 26:29.0 at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 6, placing 101st...Turned in a 5K time of 22:30.9 at the season-opening Rustbuster Invite on Sept. 1, placing 54th.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished 23rd in the 5000 meters with a time of 21 minutes, 42.13 seconds at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 14...Ran a personal-best time of 5:26.85 in the 1500, and placed fourth in the 5000 (21:08.92) at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasting Invite...Ran a personal best time of 2:45.91 in the 800 at the Mines Nature’s Bakery Invite on March 24...Finished ninth in the 5000 with a time of 20:54.77 in the 5000 at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird. 

2017-18 Indoor Track & Field: Turned in a personal-best mile time of 6:10.32 for 14th place at the Air Force Open on Feb. 16…Placed 13th in the 5000 with a time of 21:18.31 at the Colorado Invitational....Finished 10th in the 3000 (12:19.71) and 18th in the mile (6:14.67) at the Mines DII Invite & Multi.

2017 Cross Country: Ran 6 kilometers in 25:37.6 for 152nd place at the Division II South Central Regional Championships on Nov. 4...Finished 99th at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 21 after running 6K in 26:03.7...Placed 32nd at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 7 with a 6K time of 27:34.3...Ran a 5K personal best of 20:58.0 at the Chile Pepper XC Festival...Placed 53rd at the Colorado College Invite on Sept. 9 with a 6K time of 26:36.1...Ran 5K in 23:03.3 for 44th place at the CSU Duals-D2 Combined on Sept. 1.
