2014 Outdoor Track: Competed in two meets before suffering a season-ending injury ... finished second in the 800m at the Jerry Quiller Classic on March 22 in 2:17.91 ... helped the 4x400m relay team to a season-best 4:02.13 on April 5 at the Air Force Relays ... led the 4x800m relay team to a school record 9:38.28 at the Air Force Relays.

2013-14 Indoor Track: Became one of the first female NCAA All-Americans in school history as a member of the distance medley relay team ... earned USTFCCCA all-South Central Region in the mile, 3k and DMR ... named first team all-RMAC in the 3k and second team all-RMAC in the DMR ... ran the 1200m leg of the DMR and helped the team finish fifth at the NCAA championships in a school record 11:48.89 ... placed ninth at the NCAA championships in the 3k in a school record 9:53.97 ... helped the DMR finish second at the RMAC championships in 12:31.85, a provisional NCAA qualifying time ... finished second at the RMAC championships in the 3k in 10:19.05, a provisional qualifying time ... won the 3k at the New Mexico Classic on Feb. 7 and at the Mines Twilight Open on Feb. 1 ... also won the mile with a provisional time of 5:06.79 at the Mines Twilight Open and ran a season-best to place second in the mile of 5:00.36 at the New Mexico Classic ... won the 800m at the Joe Davies Open on Feb. 22 in a provisional time of 2:18.49 and was named RMAC track athlete of the week on Feb. 26 ... helped the 4x400m relay team break the school record and place fifth at the RMAC championships in 3:59.41.

2013 Cross Country: Earned USTFCCCA All-America and all-South Central Region and became the first female in school history to be named first team all-RMAC ... finished second overall and first on the team at the RMAC championships in 21:32.9 ... finished fourth overall and first on the team at the NCAA South Central Region championships in 21:31 ... placed 14th overall and second on the team at the NCAA championships in 21:29.40 ... named USTFCCCA national runner of the week on Sept. 23 and RMAC runner of the week on Sept. 25 after finishing second at the Colorado College Invitational in 22:34 on Sept. 21 ... broke the school's 5k record in 18:11.90 on Sept. 6, placing third at the CSU Invitational.

2013 Outdoor Track: Named All-America in the 5k ... earned USTFCCCA all-South Central Region in the 1,500 meters ... named second team all-RMAC in the 1500m and 5000m ... finished seventh at the NCAA championships in the 5k in 17:23.89 ... placed 14th at the NCAA championships in the 1500m in 4:39.10 ... finished fourth at the RMAC championships in the 1500m in 4:42.02 and fourth in the 5k in 18:02.39 ... broke the school record in the 5k in 16:55.55 on April 19 at the Mt. SAC Relays, a provisional NCAA qualifying time ... ran a season-best 4:37.82 in the 1500m on April 20 at the Beach Invitational ... ran two provisional qualifying times in the 1500m.

2012-13 Indoor Track: Earned USTFCCCA all-South Central Region and first team all-RMAC honors in the distance medley relay ... third team all-RMAC in the 4x400-meter relay ... member of the distance medley relay team that broke the school record and finished 10th at the NCAA championships in 11:55.56 ... won the RMAC championship in the DMR in 12:08.94, a provisional NCAA qualifying time ... also a part of the provisional qualifying DMR team that won the CSM Twilight Open on Feb. 8 in 12:12.57 ... helped the 4x400m relay team finish third at the RMAC championships in 4:04.53 ... placed ninth at the RMAC championships in the 3000 meters in a school record of 10:12.97 ... ran the fourth-fastest mile on the team during the season, finishing fourth at the CSM Twilight Open on Feb. 9 in 5:18.43.

2012 Cross Country: Named USTFCCCA all-South Central Region and second team all-RMAC ... placed 52nd in a school-record time of 21:36.5 at the NCAA championships ... finished first on the team in all five regular season meets ... finished 13th in 23:15.40 at the RMAC championships ... placed 12th in 22:41 at the NCAA South Central Region championships ... finished fifth at the UCCS Rust Buster and seventh at the Metro State Invitational ... placed 17th in 22:31.2 at the Woody Greeno Invitational on Sept. 15.

High School: 2012 graduate of Horizon High School ... lettered in cross country and track ... coached by Bill Stahl ... named first team all-conference in track in the 1600 and second team in the 3200 ... ran personal-bests of 2:24 (800), 5:10 (1600) and 11:23 (3200) in track and 19:48 in the 5k in cross country ... also lettered in soccer.

Personal: Born Janelle Marie Lincks on Sept. 30, 1993 ... daughter of Raymond and Tiffany Lincks ... has a brother, Jimmy Morse, and two sisters, Danielle Pokorney and Denise Lincks ... majoring in political science with a minor in journalism.
