2020 Cross Country: Played critical role in MSU Denver's third-place finsh at the RMAC Championships -- the program's best since 2013 -- by earning All-RMAC second team with a 23rd-place showing of 22 minutes 51.6 seconds over six kilometers. ... Ran a 5K personal-best 19:17.5 to finish 24th at the Maverick Invitaitonal on Oct. 10. ... Finished 14th at the season-opening UCCS Open, running 5K in 20:30.8.
2020 Outdoor: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor: At the RMAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 29, placed 13th in the mile in 5 minutes, 30.56 seconds. ... Ran an indoor personal best mile time of 5:21.46 to finish fourth at the Chadron State Open on Jan. 18. Also ran on the third-place 4x400 relay.
2019 Cross Country: Finished third in the MSU Denver lineup in all but two races, placing second and fourth in the lineup in the other two events. ... Ran second among Roadrunners, and 47th overall, at the Division II South Central Regional on Nov. 9 with a 6-kilometer time of 23 minutes, 29.4 seconds. ... Ran a 6K personal best 22:25.6 to finish 42nd at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 26. ... Finished 21st at the Roadrunner Invitational on Oct. 5 with a time of 24:08.2. ... Placed 11th at the Colorado College Invitational on Sept. 14 in 24:32.2. ... Opened the season with a 5K personal-best time of 20:06.3 to finish 27th at the UCCS RustBuster on Sept. 7.
