2014: Played in 21 games with 11 starts at outside midfielder ... scored three goals and had 25 shot attempts, including 17 on goal .. scored one game-winning goal ... had a 0.57 individual goals against average in 1,253 minutes ... helped the Roadrunners finish second in the RMAC and 26th in Division II in GAA, and second in the RMAC in 23rd nationally in shutout percentage ... scored a goal in a 2-0 win over Colorado Christian on Oct. 5 ... scored the first goal in a 2-1 win at Colorado Mesa on Oct. 12 ... netted the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win over Fort Lewis on Oct. 24 and had a season-high five shot attempts.

2013: Started eight games and played in all 22 at outside midfielder ... scored on goal and had two assists for four points ... attempted 24 shots with nine on goal ... had a +15 plus/minus rating and 0.88 individual goals against average in 1,123 minutes ... scored in a season-opening 2-0 win at West Texas A&M on Sept. 5 ... had an assist in a 7-0 win over Colorado Christian on Oct. 18 ... recorded an assist on Oct. 27 against New Mexico Highlands.

2012: Started 13 of 16 games at outside midfield ... missed the first seven games of the season with an injury ... scored a goal and had an assist for three points ... attempted nine shots, including three on goal ... had a +10 plus/minus and a 0.65 individual goals against average ... had all three points from the season with a goal and an assist in an 8-0 win over New Mexico Highlands on Oct. 26.

2011: Started 11 of 19 games at forward as a true freshman ... scored first collegiate goal, a game-winner, Sept. 18 in Metro State's 1-0 victory vs. New Mexico Highlands ... registered first collegiate assist Sept. 16 in a 5-1 win vs. Adams State ... attempted 18 shots with 11 on goal ... played 832 minutes during the season and finished with a +5 plus/minus rating (19 goals forced, 14 goals against).

High School: 2011 graduate of Wheat Ridge High School ... coached by Dan Watkins ... named honorable mention Denver Post All-4A Colorado as a senior ... named first team all-state as a junior ... led WRHS to state championships as a sophomore and junior and a runner-up finish as a senior ... scored eight goals and had 15 assists as a senior ... had 21 goals and 16 assists as a junior and scored eight goals with 10 assists as a sophomore.

Club Team: Played for Boulder County Force Buffs ... coached by Adam Hayes and Heather Solar ... named State Cup Most Valuable Player after leading the Force Buffs to the State Cup championship.

Personal: Born Carly Jo Nelson on Aug. 20, 1993 ... daughter of Craig and Yvonne Nelson ... has an older brother Micky, who runs track and cross country at Indiana Tech ... majoring in healthcare management with a minor in history ... wants to own a lake house after graduation.
