2010: Started five games at left outside back before suffering a season-ending injury ... missed the first six games with a separate leg injury ... attempted a shot in a 2-0 win over Colorado Christian on Sept. 26 ... posted a +5 plus/minus rating in 375 minutes ... Metro State was 4-1-0 when Ryan was in the lineup.

2009: Started all 24 games at left outside defender ... named Daktronics first team All-America and first team All-Central Region ... set a school record for defenders with 15 assists on the season, fourth-most for any position in a single season in Metro State history ... also scored two goals for 19 points ... attempted 28 shots, including 16 on goal ... had four multi-assist games ... posted a +55 plus/minus rating in 2,073 minutes ... assisted on two of Metro State's goals in a 3-1 victory over Nebraka-Omaha on Aug. 28 to open the season ... had two assists in a 3-2 overtime victory over No. 11 Fort Lewis on Sept. 18 ... scored her first goal of the season and added and assist on Oct. 4 against Nebraska-Kearney in a 5-0 victory ... named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 6 ... scored a goal and had two assists for a career-high four points on Nov. 1 against UC-Colorado Springs in a 5-1 victory ... followed that game up with two assists in the next game, a 5-1 victory over Regis in the semifinals of the RMAC Tournament on Nov. 6 ... was named to the RMAC All-Tournament team.

2008: Started all 25 games on defense as a true freshman … helped Metro State have the 11th-best team goals against average in the country (0.54) … the Roadrunners allowed just 14 goals in 25 games … scored one goal and had seven assists for nine points … attempted 16 shots with six on goal … had an assist and two shots on goal on Sept. 7 against Grand Canyon … had a season-high three assists at Regis on Sept. 21 … had at least one point in three consecutive games from Oct. 19 through Oct. 26 … assisted against Colorado Christian and CSU-Pueblo on Oct. 19 and 24 and scored her first career goal, the first of the game in a 3-0 win over UC-Colorado Springs on Oct. 26 … also had an assist on Nov. 7 against Fort Lewis at the RMAC Tournament.
