2019 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 400 meters (1 minute, 3.82 seconds) at the Air Force Twilight Open on May 3...Finished 24th in the 400 (1:04.31) at the RMAC Championships...Ran the 200 in 28.79w(2.2) for 19th place, and finished 14th in the 400 (1:04.37) at the Twilight Open on April 18...Ran a personal-best 200 of 28.98 (-2.9) and ran the 400 in 1:03.87, finishing 28th and 16th respectively, at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 13...Ran on the eighth-place 4x400 (4:10.73) and placed 24th in the 400 (1:03.13) at the Colorado Invitational on April 6...Ran a personal-best 400 (1:02.95) for ninth place at the Spank Blasing on March 30...Ran on the third-place 4x400 (4:23.99) and finished 17th in the 400 (1:04.58) at the Fum McGraw on March 23...At the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird on March 16, finished 10th in the 400 (1:04.91) and 19th in the 200 (29.73, -1.1).
2018-19 Indoor: Ran on the 10th-place 4x400 relay (4:13.88) at the RMAC Championships on Feb. 23...Finished third in the 400 (1:05.07) and eighth in the 200 (29.89) at a triangular hosted by Colorado School of Mines on Feb. 15...Ran an indoor personal-best 200 time of 29.52 at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 9, finishing 19th, and also ran on the fourth-place 4x400 (4:21.47) and 15th-place 400 (1:05.20)...Ran a personal-best 400 (1:04.62) for 43rd place, and ran on the 13th-place 4x400 relay (4:23.36) at the Colorado Invitational on Feb. 2...Ran on the fourth-place 4x400 (4:32.53) at the Mines Division II Invite & Multi on Jan. 26...Approached indoor personal-best times in the 400 (1:04.88) and 200 (29.63), finishing 11th for 19th respctively, at the CSC Open on Jan. 20.
