Before MSU Denver: At Hutchinson Community College (Kan.), placed fourth at the 2023 NJCAA Division I Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw with a career-best effort of 48.39 meters (158 feet, 9 inches). Also competed at outdoor nationals in the discus, placing 11th at 38.14 (125-1). ... Had a career-best discus effort of 40.75 (133-8) at the 2023 Region VI Championships, placing sixth, while also finishing fifth in the hammer at 44.09 (144-8) and 13th in the shot put at 10.04 (32-11 1/4). ... Indoors, finished seventh in the weight throw at the 2023 Region VI Championships with an effort of 14.48 (47-6 1/4) while also finishing 17th in the shot at 9.49 (31-1 3/4). ... Outdoor career bests included 48.39 (158-9) in the hammer, 10.94 (35-10 3/4) in the shot, 40.75 (133-8) in the discus, and 22.86 (75-0) in the javelin. ... Indoors she had efforts of 10.42 (34-2 1/4) in the shot and 14.50 (47-7) in the weight throw.

High School: Back-to-back East Metro Athletic Conference Champion in the shot put in 2018, 2019 with a personal-best of 33-7 as a senior and a 33-6 effort as a junior. ... Was also the EMAC champion as a junior with a personal-best 108-8.
